First Pinning Cycle Log

I can't wait to start the Ace and be doing eod pins again. I'm thinking I will drop the Cyp to e4d at 500mg and start Tren at 75mg eod. I will probably use the Caber sparingly at like .25mg once a week and then maybe twice a week if needed. I may also pick up some p5p to run as well to be safe.

What are you currently running at per week? And im assuming its just test cyp now? Not prop/cyp.

Yes I am just on Cyp at 750mg a week.


One thing I'm noticing is it is very hard to wake up in the mornings, like I'm getting too good of sleep. And whenever I'm falling asleep, like the first half of the night when I wake up off and on I'm fairly sweaty.

What week are you on now? What was the reason you bumped to 750 instead of staying at 500? Get the upping that **** itch?

Beginning of week 6. Yeah I had no real reason of raising the dosage.. Lol I will drop it down to probably 4-500mg when I start the Tren.
 
Good cycle but alot of compound for a first pinning cycle. Stay at a lower dosage to minimize side effects otherwise you will have cystic acne and also you keep more gains after your done that way. I lowered all my dosages at the last 3 weeks gradually and kept most my gains
 
My weight was at 210 pounds this morning. Even though I didn't eat enough, work out, and consumed too much alcohol Friday and Saturday, I still felt full and I didn't feel like I lost any size. Some days I will wake up feeling bloated, but other than that I feel like I haven't gained much fat.
 
I was having some knee pain on squats today. Also, was having some lower abdomen pain during the 315 deadlifts so I stopped one or two reps short of what I was able to do. My hamstrings are definitely feeling it now.. It's hard to get off the couch lol

No I haven't. The stomach issues worry me, but it's so cheap I may pick some up with Caber to try.

I've never had any nausea issues with prami, only temporarily enhanced sexual function and if I take too much, an awful headache the next day that I can do nothing about.
Might be worth a try.
 
Just catching up. Did you go both nights? How was 2 Chainz? I really like that guy ahahaha. His early mixtapes are still so boss and if I'm ever in the mood for hip hop, it's my go to bump in the car and get my doors rattling lol.

Do you guys have any tips for arm width from the front view? It's kinda hard to explain, from the front I feel like my arms look skinny. Also, any tips on getting the inner part of the tricep some better development? That's definitely lacking for me, I don't have that horse shoe look.

I kinda suffer from this a little. I have had guys swear by oly bar curls, I guess just don't do em in the squat rack and do em when it's quiet in the gym lol. But yeah, straight bar curls and hammer curls have helped me but still have plenty of work to do there.

For inner tricep, cross body cable pulls. Pull the little handle thingy off and just grip the rubber stopper and pull really concentrating on getting the contraction in that long head and hold it there for a bit.

There's another thing this guy does at the gym but I don't have the flexibility for it - he gets uses the rope behind his back and reaches his arms up and then grabs it and pulls out and that really hits those inner bits. I've tried but I can't get it so I just use the cross body cable curls and dips.

Legs I have for days, arms not so much :(

No I just went the one night for Fetty Wap and T Pain. It was pretty cool even though it's not really my scene lol I ended up wasting some time waiting in the wrong line for a wrist band I already had and got really confused and lost for a minute.. And that's why I don't do drugs lol

The next day we just went to a couple bars and tail gating.


And I'll try those out! Except for straight bar curls, I'm not sure if I'll be able to do this, they hurt my wrists.
 
Dude I honestly never take more than .04-.05mg because anything past that and I notice some headache the next day.
My product is dosed at 2mg per mL so if you calculate that out, I don't take more than 0.1mL at a time. I've noticed the next day headache is pretty dose dependent, for example the first time I took it, I took a lot (don't remember exactly how much) but the headache the next day was literally crippling. Skipped class, laid in bed in a fetal position with the curtains closed, popped Tylenol like candy and probably drank close to 2 gallons of water.
I've researched though and this side effect doesn't seem to be very prominent so maybe there's something wrong with the batch I received or maybe it's just some weird way that my body responds to the drug.
 
Also, some people experience some insomnia with prami, but I've learned that if you fight the initial drowsiness after you take your dose, if you go to sleep some time after that drowsiness goes away then you sleep like a baby.
If you let yourself sleep when it makes you drowsy, then yes you will wake up several times throughout the night.
 
I'm running a very similar cycle and with ancillary items and supps I'm at about 4-500 but that's protein and food included.
 
What do you guys pay for a week's worth of food over there?

I gotta say my grocery bill is always pretty bad but since starting on cycle it's ridiculous. $180 a week :( That's NOT including protein powder, protein bars and my Friday treat meal :(
 
Jeez, I keep it under $100 per week and always have more than enough to eat...

Good lawd that's ridiculous bro I buy bulk foods at Sam's club lol :p chicken rice eggs veggies and the biggest protein container I can get. Then again I don't get 300 g of protein a day or anything crazy

Oh if we're doing total living costs mine would be silly per week lol I mean my separate expenses while on are around 50 a week just my own personal food and protein on top of whatever the wifey buys at the store.
 
Yeah, I'm on my own so that kinda sucks although arguably being with my ex was worse to the point where we were arguing regularly when she was like "We should be splitting the grocery bill 70/30 coz you eat so much" but jesus the crap she used to buy for whatever else and sheets and towels and all that crap we split 50/50 lol.

It's also ridiculous you pay so much more to eat healthy. I could eat Burger King three times a day and get my cals for less and not even have to cook but that's not gonna end well :(
 
209.6 pounds this morning. That's after eating quite a bit throughout the night. I kept waking up sweaty and hungry. Lol
 
So you're about 20 pounds up since the beginning of your cycle? What kind of body fat changes have you seen along with that?

It's hard for me to tell, I don't take a lot of pictures to compare. I wake up feeling just as lean if not leaner than when I started most days.

Some nights I'll go to bed looking super bloated, others looking lean. I don't keep my diet very consistent so that's probably the reason. Overall I'd say I feel about the same body fat, but that could change once I take progress pictures here soon.

I also started this cycle coming straight from a deficit, so that explains such a high amount of weight gained in only 6 weeks or so.

Drugs just make me wanna take pics after every workout lol, so I have plenty pics to track progress with, just doesn't seem like much on a day by day basis but when you take a pic from a month ago and compare it to one you took say yesterday, it's very pleasing to see how far you've come.
 
So I will finally be starting my first pinning cycle and I am going to try to log most of it here. I've done two previous oral only cycles. One of Epistane and Stano and another of Msten, Tren, and Stano.

drop the AI at start of PCT, it is not needed and not helping. research of upping test levels was based of people ON test or producing test and by lessening conversion to estro the teste would ofcourse show higher test levels, but is miss interpreted as upping production which is wrong. if your running on empy, like at start or during pct... then its not upping test... there is no test or low test to stop from converting. if anything add HCG the last few weeks of cycle leading up to BUT NOT into PCT, at 500iu 2x a week... if worried.
as for PCT it looks good, only thing is id rec keep the starting dose all the way through and possibly double the dose the first few days to a week.

I've seen lots of different stuff about AIs in PCT. I've seen a lot lately that you want Estrogen to be low, because it signals the body to create more Testosterone so it will convert into Estrogen, or something along those lines.

I'm still debating blasting HCG before PCT. I haven't completely decided yet.

Vince Gironda recommended a barbell curl where you keep the bar against your body for that "front arm width". I've tried it and really like it.

I can't see the video at work but sounds like a drag curl. They're really good and keep the tension on the whole time and really get a sqeeze in there. Haven't done those in ages, thanks for the timely reminder!!!
