Today's work out. I never want to leave the gym on back day I feel like I don't get enough ever. The stiff arm lag pulldowns are by far the best exercise for me on really feeling the lats working.

I forgot to mention up that back pumps are still there even with the Taurine, but they do go away faster and aren't as bad as other cycles where I didn't have Taurine.

I'm still moving around like an old man for a while after the rack pulls and bent over rows though. Lol

I'm not sure how much AMP is in it but it was 500mg caffeine.
I mean you must be sensitive to stims pretty bad then you lucky bastard ! I have to abuse my keurig to get a good buzz anymore :l

I'm actually pretty tolerant so I'm not sure what happened. I used to take 2 scoops of Mr. Hyde lol
 
I woke up a little over 205 pounds this morning. I had a little over 5000 calories yesterday because it was back day. I did legs and abs today. The weight I did with leg press ended up being too light because I got 10 reps each time, which I was surprised at.

I got blood drawn today, so hopefully in the next couple of days I can see where my e2 and test are at. My nipples are still a little sensitive when touched too hard. I'm still at .5mg Adex eod and I have been taking Nolva 20mg the past couple of days and bumped it down to 10mg today. I will adjust the AI dosage once I get blood work back.

That looks like leg day but I'm a bit confused because there's no squats?!?! :P

Lol I'm easing into squats so I'm only doing them on my heavy day for now! Low reps I can handle. I don't think I could live with 12+ reps on squat right now, it sounds horrible.
 
ahh keurig coffee :) what is your fav super caffeinated coffee?

I know worth every penny isn't it!? But I get some beans from a Barista at the mall called black lightning lol tastes like motor oil but kicks like a mule I sometimes take my caffeine pills 200mg a piece with a cuppa as well
 
Haha, fair enough. I would throw some low rep squats in even on your high rep day. Four or five sets at low/medium reps to prime your legs then go rip it up on the other stuff and get your pump.

I usually squat twice a week, once to 100-110% of max weight and then once at about 80 per cent of max weight.

I know it sounds cliche but if you wanna improve your legs which I'm sure I read in here somewhere, squats are your bread and butter.

Lol I'm just as wary with the squats got a bad knee and back from football injuries. Plus I never liked them anyways but they are great for growing !
 
I hated them so much before, but they weren't too bad this last time I did them. I think my form was way off before. I'll get used to them after a couple of weeks and then start doing them on both leg days!
 
205 again this morning. No lab results today so hopefully sometime early tomorrow. I got a good push power day in today. I may add in an extra arm day once a week. I never really feel like I get a good pump or work them good enough when they're paired with two other body parts.
 
I got an awesome pull hyper day in today. I felt great in the gym. I'm getting a pretty awesome pump from the Tbol alone. I only have a couple more days of it left. I can't say I notice a huge difference from 60-80mg, but I'm still getting some veins slowly coming to the surface but they still aren't popping how I'd like.

I'm getting a little impatient about my blood work not being done. Lol

I'm loving it. Plenty of recovery time, even though I feel recovered within a day usually. And I love not having straight heavy days or straight lighter days. I have to have a mix of it or I get bored.

Here's the lab results. I wonder if I should raise my AI a bit? While I haven't been super lethargic, I've still been kinda tired, not a huge sex drive, and difficulty staying hard sometimes. But my estrogen doesn't seem that high to me.

Really? Hmm what's your test per week right now and so you finished your tbol?
 
I'm at 750mg Test a week still, .5mg Adex eod, and I think two more days of Tbol left..

I can't find a recommended range for estrogen on cycle. I'm wondering if I should start doing .5mg Adex a day or what? I also have some Aromasin.
 
I worked up to 315x2 on deadlift and 275x2 on squat today. I'm a little embarrassed with how hard deadlifts are for me, but I am happy with my squat. My squat isn't the best form lol but I was lifting with my friend and he put 275 on so I went ahead and tried it, I don't think I got exactly parallel and I never go ATG lol I need to preserve my joints as much as possible.

Not answering for rascal, but I switched from Cyp to Prop at the end of my cycle and I really like it. First time running Prop. Doing 100 eod for a few weeks into pct. Seem to have dried out a bit, still feel good and ON with all other compounds dropped.

Well as of now I'll only have ten shots of 100mg that I wanna add after I drop my test e because ima poor college kid lol. You think prop is best bang for buck short ester ? I want to try tren ace but all the anti-prolactins are expensive as hell even liquid prami is more expensive than the ester itself !

Totally understand man, I play on a budget as well.

Not sure Prop and Tren Ace are comparable, bang for buck-wise. Just serve 2 totally different purposes. Obviously for gains, Tren Ace wins out.

I will say this, and this was just MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. When I lowered my Test to around 250-300/week I ran Tren Ace at 150 eod for 8 weeks with ZERO need for prolactin control. I paid top dollar for pharma Caber and just took it because I paid for that shiit. But I literally took .5mg e5-7d, Adex .5 mg e3-4d and probably could have done without both.


Buuuut, smart to have it.

Yeah wifey looks at my gear grocery list and throws up at the dollar signs hahaha. But I can get 10 shots of 75mg tren ace for $67 or 10 of 100 prop for $55. My source is pricey but its the only one I got so far. I am most tempted by the tren train if you think I can be effective at those doses ? Sorry for polluting your thread rascal lol !

It's all good man! Everyone is free to talk about whatever in here, I don't mind at all. As far as the Prop goes, I only did 75mg eod and then ed the last 4 days. I honestly didn't notice much from it at all. It could have been because of the smaller dose and the Tbol outshined the Prop.

One thing I will say is while Caber is pretty pricey, you can get pharm Prami for fairly cheap. I'm not sure how it compares to the price of RC though.

I've talked to a couple of guys who run Tren pretty high and they said they never need more than 1mg of Caber a week. So with a low dose and short run of Tren, you could get by with the Prolactin control without breaking the bank completely.

I know what you mean though, I'm sitting here with extra student loans I don't need trying to keep myself from spending it all on gear!! Lol

Dude I am running like ****ing 700-800mg of tren a week and I started at 350mg and kept increasing and didn't need any prolactin support. Keeping estrogen in check should help a lot. Or l dopa and p5p are super cheap.
I love prop just because I love pinning often :D
 
From tonight. I had a lot of trouble with my elbow on the pressing exercises and it kind of made my workout tonight a little dull, but I started feeling better towards the end.

I have a blood blister callus thing in my hand that forced me to lower my weight today for my pulling movements. I still got a good work out in. Today is also my last day of Tbol ?
 
I'm super interested by prop as well but I don't think it's nearly as cost effective for me at least here in Australia.

I would have to double confirm but for me it costs the same as test E. Prop 100mg/ml, 10ml pinning eod is like three weeks. Test E 250mg/ml, 10ml pinning twice a week = five weeks or so :(

It's usually cheaper than Test E or C from most labs I have seen from the US, it's kinda weird that it would be more expensive where you are.
