First Pinning Cycle Log

I would go eod for now.

Sounds good! Now I just need my girlfriend to leave them alone!! she's always pinching them and stuff, I told her to leave them alone unless she wants me to grow bigger boobs than her lol

I'm hoping by the end of this cycle I can get 335 or so on bench for my max and 300 for reps.

I will have deadlift and squat numbers in the next week to go off. I can't really call them starting numbers since I'm on week 4 and my bench has sky rocketed already lol but it will be a decent gauge for the end!
 
Bro my wife knows why she shouldn't mess with my nips and that they're sensitive as shiit. And that just fuels her desire to pinch one and run off laughing at me
 
Back at 203 pounds this morning. I did back hyper today, it was right when people were getting off work so it was a little crazy and everything was out of order. Nothing to really note about the gym today. I'm not sure if the addition of Ironchamp VOLUME helped or what, but I saw some more veins today. But, I have taken VOLUME before and didn't really notice any extra vascularity.

My face seems a little more oily the past few weeks but my girlfriend swears it's the humidity. I am definitely getting annoyed and pissy easier, I don't care to deal with problems anymore. I never have but I have more of an attitude now of it just being a waste of time to me. Tonight we went out to eat and I was sweating but everyone else was cold. Lol this seems to be off and on though, some times I will be cold when others are hot and other times I'll be sweating when everyone else is freezing.

Caught the Parkway Drive reference somewhere in there - love training to those guys. I listen to their first album pretty much exclusively when squatting - that line "Cry me a f*cking river BITCH" always keeps me motivated.

That's exactly where I go to in the song when I'm on my last heavy set of something! Lol helps me push out an extra one or two reps I think.

I was getting pretty short tempered on my cycle too and I had school and work kicking my arse! Try some l-theanine and caffeine throughout the day helped keep me chill and focused for school.
 
I drink quite a bit of coffee. I had been using Ashwaghanda, Bacopa, and Rhodiola for mood boost and to help anxiety, but I ran out and it's too much of a hassle dealing with all of the powders.

I got off work and have been pretty tired. I'm drinking some coffee trying to decide if I want to go do legs tonight or not. Lol

Coincidentally I got an email last night - Parkway Drive touring in October, just bought two tickets! New album out in a few weeks.
 
If I don't go tonight I will just end up doing it tomorrow.. It's been about 7 days since I have taken a day off I think, I never really want to but I am just not feeling it tonight I don't think..

I haven't been to a show in a long time. I only listen to metal while working out so I don't see myself going to anything other than a country concert.
 
Yeah, I get that - I train seven days a week most weeks but then every couple weeks or so I'm like f*ck it, time for a day off. I just have a busy schedule and a regular routine so if I miss that day that workout is gone, there's no tomorrow because tomorrow is something else day.

Sometimes though the days I'm not feeling it and drag myself anyway turn out to be some of the best sessions, you might not have a stellar workout but you did it in the face of adversity which in a way makes it harder than having a super session when you feel great.
 
Even with that little pep talk I couldn't muster the energy to get off the couch. Lol

so my night will consist of a shot in the glute and working on some derivatives. The pin I'm looking forward to.. The derivatives I am staring at blankly lol

Derivatives are about equations pretty sure, at least your training equation balances out.

Mannn fark those derivatives ! I feel your pain I have two upper level econ classes and two upper level accounting classes this semester. Thank jeebus I don't have math this semester even managed to squeeze in an advanced weightlifting class the second half of the semester :) coincides with my cycle even so should be good times

I had to take Macro Econ last semester and it was so boring. Lol I'll never get a semester off from math until I graduate.

I thought about taking a lifting class just for the extra credit hour but I had a feeling it would be full of clean and jerks and dumb stuff like that. I had to do all workouts like that for baseball in high school and I would just act like I was doing the lift while the coach was watching. I hate that ****.
 
I forgot to mention that with the Taurine, I notice it helps a lot more with the doses being spread out more throughout the day with the biggest dose pre workout. It doesn't help as much with just one dose AM and one pre.

This class the professor lets you make your own lift schedule and sits in his office or else I wouldn't take it lol I'm taking global and macro and CIS advanced apps so I'm a zombie all day. I couldn't do that much math man not without losing my mind had my wifey do my homework last semester even haha attention span = toddler level.

I know what you mean, I can't pay attention to anything for long. My mind always goes off to lifting or gear lol
 
Yup my wife absolutely hates it because I'll be looking at threads and planning my cycle all day long. I'm at work though so I can troll with reckless abandon! Gotta get my fix man

I may be getting bloods next week, I haven't decided yet. I kind of want to see where I'm at.

Also, I have 72 tabs of Tbol left. I am thinking of bumping it up to 80mg the next week to see if there's any difference in vascularity from 60mg.

did crazy volume today, ended up finishing with a burnout of 6 sets of 25 with 45 db, standing preacher hammers. my arms felt like they would tear off today had veins popping in my thumbs and even under my armpits it looked disgusting and loved every second of it. 3 scoops of pre delightful lol live for the pump!
 
anytime my buddies are with me in a group lift at the gym when it's dead in there they get pretty ignorant pumping up, my buddy who is like 6% extremely vascular was just grunting loudly in there today and screaming yep real high pitched while clapping as loud as he could. gotta get a video, flexes holding breath until face is beat red yelling dikskin. guy has lost his mind.
