Thanks man, good to have you! I try to work out whatever I pin either that day or the day after, it seems to help. I haven't had any more PIP last longer than a day or so anymore since I've done that and use a heating pad.

So I ended up taking 40mcg instead of the 20mcg I had planned on, no self control. Lol

I was actually surprised at how clean the energy I got from it was. I didn't feel like I ingested a bunch of stims but I had a ton of energy and still do after the gym!
 
I may go back again later with the girlfriend and do some abs and a little more biceps. She wants to go and I didn't have time to hammer the bi's like I wanted! Lol

Yeah it's not bad until 80mcg plus for me but after that I can barely use my hands lol tread carefully.

I just got a few tabs to try pre workout. I may get some more though to try it out for a cut! I'll definitely be careful in the higher dosages though, I don't need a heart attack. Lol
 
I'm going to be sad when I run out of Prop tomorrow, I'm gonna miss all of the pins. Lol I accidentally hit my left nipple earlier and it hurt a lot worse than it should have, but I don't feel a lump or anything. I get a slight burning in my nipples every once in a while so I may up the Adex. I'm going to try and get close to 5,000 calories today. I'm going to start having one day a week or so where I just eat everything in sight.

I finished up the Prop earlier. Took 375mg of the new Cyp today. The new schedule looks like this

375mg Cyp e3d which will be 250mg of the old Cyp and 125mg of the new Cyp each shot.
.5mg Adex e3d.

I'm hoping the original cyp I have is at least half dosed!! Lol

Here in the next couple of weeks I will be buying some more cyp and some Tren ace.

Why more prop instead?

I honestly don't see the need to introduce another compound this early. I like to bring my people and compounds slowly. Test alone.first cycle if long enough I'm thinking.of 15lbs of quality muscle. That is a TON of muscle.

I am only going to be using it for the last 4-6 weeks at a low dose to see how I respond to it. I am planning an 8 week or so cycle of test prop and tren ace next March for a cut and want to make sure I can handle it before buying too much.

You will only need 3 vials for you cut cycle and your body will respond better if you don't try it out.. if you really set on trying it out 50mg eod 3 weeks is enough to get a taste

That was the dose I was planning on! I don't want to go too high, just make sure I don't have some horrible reaction to it.

How long have you been on now?
 
I woke up a little lighter today even though I ate everything the past two days, so I am going to raise my calories to 3500 a day and once or twice a week at 4000+ calories. After back day and before legs is one of the main days I will eat the most on.
 
I have been going up by 5-10 pounds on everything each session and getting the same if not more reps than before. I felt awesome in the gym today for push hyper day. Old Chelsea Grin, August Burns Red, and Parkway Drive really got me in the zone.

Friday I went to see the doctor for an update on how my elbows and hands were doing. I believe the physical therapy has helped some, so the doctor said it is up to me on what we do.. She said I can get surgery whenever I am ready, but being so young she doesn't necessarily want to do it on both elbows. She told me to try and keep from bending my elbows at a 90 degree angle.. But she also said "You're clearly not going to stop lifting.. so take that for what it's worth and just be smart." I haven't seen her in a few weeks so I am not sure if that means she thinks I have gotten bigger or just knows I am going to do what I want. Lol
 
Today's work out. My bench is pathetic now. I stopped doing BB bench for a while and it screwed me. Like two years ago on my first cycle with Epistane I maxed out at 305 on bench and only weighed like 180 or something. I doubt I could even get 275 now lol and I'm a lot bigger. It just goes to show if you don't use it you lose it!

Back pumps started getting to me on my last set of rack pulls. I keep forgetting to get some lifting straps, I could be going quite a bit higher on a few things with them. Especially since my forearms get super pumped after one set. I felt a lot stronger this workout than I did last week and I didn't want to leave them gym!! Lifts went up by an easy 10-30 pounds on some stuff. This is also my first time doing rack pulls in a few months so I need to work back up. I will start deadlifts again on my heavy leg day.

I'm about to start week 4! Which I thought I was a little further in than that. The Tbol should really be kicking now.
 
Oh man you're just getting started! Never tried tbol but with Dbol its like week 2 you walk around pumped to ****. I heard tbol gains kinda plateau around 4 + weeks but your esters should pick up the slack.
 
I just did some quick legs tonight to get a good pump. Back pumps are still getting to me at 8g of Taurine a day, but not as bad as previous cycles without it. Not too much to update today, I woke up around 203 pounds and classes are already killing me. Lol
 
I was back down at 200 pounds this morning, I don't think I hit my calories last night. I'm okay with it though.. I got a nice surprise in the gym today.

Pre workout was 30mg Tbol, 20mcg Clen, one scoop pre workout with AMP in it.

I did a lot more than I was expecting!! I was planning on 270 being my max. My joints sure did feel the 295 though. Lol
 
I have a small hard knot behind my left nipple, but I haven't really had anything other than some slight burning in my nipples every once in a while. I got one like this on my last oral cycle in the other nipple, but I could see it kinda and it went away after I dosed some Nolva. I'm not sure if I should just start Adex at eod now or what?

The last time it hurt to barely touch it at all but now it is only a little sore if I press on it. I try to not mess with it though. I'm not too worried about it, I'm just keeping track of it.
