First PH Use ever...please help

I just bought a bottle of 4-AD (4-Androstene 3, 17-Diol) by Promatrix...capsules are 250 mg each. I was told to take 2 1 hour before workouts and 2 in the morning on off days. Is this the best way to take it and is the dosage correct?

Following the one month cycle I will be taking 6-OXO and bulgarian trib for a month and then back to 4-AD.

never heard of it. and if it is a real ph, you'll need to take a little more time off than that
