First time Halo run started today. I'm running 50/50/75/75/75/75 then Nolva at 20/20/10/10. Vitals are mid 30's, weight somewhere in the 160 range - I'll weigh myself at the gym tonight and post exactly so I can track it better. I'm trying for 2300 very clean calories per day and if I can get in the habit of eating regularly I'll bump it up a few hundred. Looking to recomp or bulk, but it will probably be a recomp due to it being difficult to get food preped since I'm new to the land of the single and have kids that make life busy. I'll most likely update every evening how things are going since I'm already in the habit of reading this forum almost every night. Gotta admit, I've had some trepidation, but I'm extremely excited to get this moving. Been stuck at a plateau for some time now. Should be good since it's my first run.
