I’ve decided to run my first PH cycle and since I want to get the most out of it, any and all comments are appreciated. I chose 1-Andro due to it being one of the few mild compounds supported by a scientific journal. I considered adding 4-Andro but since this is my first cycle I’m somewhat hesitant. I’ll be doing a 6-day split with 3 days focusing on strength, 3 days focusing on hypertrophy, and light cardio daily.
Diet:
3,500-4,000 calories
35% Carbohydrate
30% Fat
35% Protein
8 Weeks:
330mg 1-Andro via 1-Testosterone by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals
OCT
Vitamins
4 Weeks:
50/50/25/25 Clomid
Or
20/20/10/10 Nolva
OTC PCT
Vitamins
I have both Clomid and Nolva but haven’t decide which I’ll use during my PCT. I am also considering introducing Laxogenin at some point during this cycle because I have a bottle.
