im thinking about buying this stak
The Ignite Basics Stack - M1D & 5aOHP + FREE PCT-Formadrol - ANABOLIC STACKS from mind and muscle.net

can someone go over it and see if it is a good stak for a first timer ?
 
Solid products for mild gains with mild (if any) sides from a good company. I'd still reccomend a SERM for during PCT though.

i'm a fan of combining nolva and clomid in a moderate dosage, some like clomid alone some like nolva alone, they each have their ups and owns to an extent, there is also torem as an option (I've never used it). If you poke around you'll see what other people are using.

hdrol clone like helladrol would also be a solid first cycle
