First Ph cycle

Looking for some information on Ph. I am just turned 21 and have been working out since I was 17. 5'10 165lbs, I am looking to put on some mass as I am a reallly hard gainer. At the moment I am taking creatine and protien and want more of a boost. What would be a safe Ph cycle to take , be it less effective than others is fine with me just looking for something to help me pass my plateau. If you guys have any suggestions for PH and the PCT I would apperciate it thx.

I was thinking of trying these 2 combined.

Methyl 1-D and Decavol RD
 
At that size I would say you need to optimize your diet and training more to be honest. Take an unbiased look at your current regime and make the changes you need.

Diet and training are key!

how many cals are you eating daily?

for hardgainers (like myself) ive seen peeps eat up to 4.5k cal/day.

Definitely look at diet b4 jumping to a ph
 
Ok what about just trying Methl 1-d alone, and i eat up to 4000 calories a day, Im just a really hard gainer looking for a diffrent apporach thanks.
 
Do the calorie upping first, lift heavy and hard. You will see gains, then get a ph if you really want, better yet get some test. Most people will do what they want no matter what people say though. Make sure you use a serm in pct, I like torem. Good luck.
 
I was/am a hard gainer too that was looking at the ph approach... Switching up my diet and training and I went from 130-150 in about 3 months...

Trust me..switch it up and track your calories before anything else
