First PH cycle...need help

Anything positive on H-drol, or E-stane? If so what dosage was used and Novedex as a post cycle, good or bad?

i would do a first cycle on h-drol and you wouldnt need nolva for pct, it wouldnt be a bad idea to have it on hand just incase, but with you h-drol you could do a otc pct with ai post cycle support, iforce reversitol, and lean xtreme. If its your first time using ph i would just do a 4 week cycle at 50mg and if you feel like it you could bump it up to 75mg for the last 2-3 weeks
