First PH Cycle Log AMS 1&4-Andro Liquid Stack 2/2018

Well. The theory is when you start a program, your body will make some gains due to the change. You would want the cycle to hit at the peak of the program so you can continue on where you would not be able to if you weren't enhanced. This is all stuff you will find out down the road. Just remember....never....I mean never....cut or drop cals during pct. You will lose everything. A lot of us have done it once. Including myself. If you do...u will never do it again. Just trying to help you out with mistakes that myself and others have made in the past. Even when people told us not to...lol.
elo76, So I have 4 weeks left until the festival and I’d like to start revving up my cardio to try and burn as much fat as possible. You can see my current meal plan I’ve been following on my last post before this reply. I plan on grabbing a fat burner “redcon1 doubletap” and stack it with a CLA product. I plan to run on the treadmill 2-3x a week. Run for 3 minutes followed by a light jog for 2 minutes and repeat for 20 minutes. I’ve been gettin in between 3200-3500 calories a day but I’ve adjusted my macros/calories a bit that I’m going to start today. It ends up dropping my cals to 3,000 flat. I’m substituting the banana with my morning oatmeal for strawberries as well as using a lower surgar oatmeal (same brand, same flavor). Instead of 1-cup brown rice with my chicken bowls I plan on doing 1/4-cup brown rice and adding a tbsp olive oil. For my turkey burger at night I’m just going to remove the bun and chop up the turkey patty and throw it in the salad, still going to use cheese probably (or should I cut the cheese out completely?) My protein intake will stay the same.

My macros will look like this:

Fats: 112g (33%)
Carbs: 224g (30%)
Protein: 282g (37%)

Calories: 3,000

I’m hoping by dropping the carbs a bit, upping the fats a bit and keeping my protein the same while adding in a fat burner 2x a day and a CLA product 3x a day, it’ll help me burn some fat faster in the next 4 weeks while at the same time build as much muscle as possible without going into a super crazy calorie deficit.

What do you think?
 
I'm not a diet person. Meaning I don't count cals. I eat till I gain and drop cals till I lose. I don't like to drop more than a few lbs a week. What I do is significantly lower the fat content when I'm looking to recomp...which is what you are trying to do now. My body needs the carbs to build muscle. Keep the bulk of your carbs to peri workout and drop the fat. Everyone is different though. People can gain on keto, but I can't. You will need to watch the scale and mirror to see what works for you.

Today is day 1 of week 7: (18 days left into cycle)

Starting weight: 162.6 (day 1, week 1)
Starting bf%: 17.5% (day 1, week 1)

Current weight: 174.4(same as last week/no weight increase)
Current bf: 19.4% (no increase/decrease)

No weight increase, stayed the same. Worked 70 hours this past week and another 60 this week. Ate as much as I could. No difference in bf% either. Headaches have disappeared since switching over to the hi-tech stuff. Still waiting to notice some major strength increases but nothing too crazy as of yet..really wish I would’ve started my cycle with the hi tech stuff. Still feel like I wasted the first 30 days of my cycle with the AMS liquid :(. Oh well...decided not to cut carbs. **** it, probably won’t burn as much fat as I’d like before the festival so may as well just continue to bulk as much as possible. Haven’t added in cardio but I’d like to just pressed for time with my super busy work schedule the last couple weeks. Grabbed a fat burner + CLA. Going to try my best to hit the treadmill. Even if I can burn a little belly fat I’ll be happy. My goal was to be able to rock no shirt at the festival but I’ve given up on that lol. Tank top will suffice. Shoulders, arms and traps are definitely looking a lot bigger. Dude at work noticed as well. Have a little over two weeks left into my cycle.

Does anyone think it would not be wise for me to just say **** it and extend my cycle another month since I feel like my first 30 days on cycle was a waste of my time with the low dosed AMS?? Cuz I would totally be down to do that lol.

Holy fuuuuuuccccc*** tonight I had a nice workout. Shoulders, biceps, triceps w/ some chest super sets (lowered weight, upped the reps on chest). My shoulders and arms were lookin hugggeee (to me) compared to how I would’ve looked 6 weeks back into training normally/naturally. I was looking bigger today (w/ pump) than I would’ve looked 3 months into training naturally. The andros have definitely kicked in. My bicep curls were up 10lbs might’ve been able to bump it up 15lbs and got a set of 8 in on my last but I wanted to for sure get 12 reps in so I played it safe. I was doing double the weight on shoulder presses than I was doing in previous weeks but that was obviously because the new training regime I’m following had me doing chest THEN shoulders for the first 4 weeks of the program. Today it had me start my night with shoulder presses so I was able to put up more weight since my shoulder were fresh, but still I felt my strength was pretty solid. My pump in my shoulders and arms were looking really nice. I wore a tank top to see progress and I was like damn who is that sexy mother fu*ker lol. ;)

It’s been 13 days since I switched over to the hi-tech stuff. Ran out of the ams liquid a few days ago (topped the rest of the bottles off 1 dose at the end of my nights on top of the hi tech stuff). I’m really curious what my results would have been if I started my entire cycle with the hi tech product over the ams liquid I used for the first 30 days. It’s obvious now that the ams liquids weren’t a complete “waste”, 13 days in with the hi tech stuff has obviously stacked with the passed 30+ days I took of the ams stuff just curious how much I was actually absorbing of the liquid. I’m also curious if I would’ve felt this way I feel now if I would’ve continued the ams product and not have switched over to hi tech? Too late now I guess but I am still happy I switched over. Got 17 days left into this cycle and I know from here on out my progress is just going to continue to get better and better. Really hoping my chest pops a little before the end of the cycle as it has never been fully developed in the passed. It’s definitely getting stronger and I feel and see it growing but it isn’t anywhere near where I want it to be. Overall I’m getting excited about my results finally lol.

Been working crazy hours this week again. Had some trouble getting all my daily meals in with my work schedule. Basically maintained the same weight as last week with a slight increase in BF (+0.2%). Yesterday was day was day 1 of week 8 into my cycle. As of today 5/3 I have 10 days left into the cycle. Strength increases are gradual and definitely noticeable. Muscle size/comp have definitely been getting better just wish I had a lower bf% so the new muscle could shine haha. There’s no doubt I look/feel bigger and stronger, i just have a little layer of fat I need to work on trimming down. I hit cardio pretty hard one day last week after shoulders/arms. Prior to cardio my pump was really intense and was lookin nice and swole (never seen myself that big before) but after I did cardio and woke up the next morning I felt a little shrunk up and I wasn’t digging it at the present time. Came to the realization that my overall goal right now is straight bulking and Ive decided I’m just going to worry about fat loss after another couple months of hard training.
 
Good choice. Keep the cals clean and you will keep the bf to a minimum while gaining lean mass.

Was slammed with work this week again (60+ Hours) on top of a pretty bad summer cold I’ve been battling. Haven’t hit the gym in 4 days but plan on getting back into it today after work. Lunch was provided by the client all week and although I got my cals in they weren’t as clean as I’d like them to be. A lot of steak and fish but the sides weren’t as clean as usual. Today I’m back on track with my usual diet. Only a few days left into cycle.

I’m curious if anyone thinks it would be a bad idea to extend my cycle another 2 weeks and bump up the hi-tech stuff to 330/mg a day for the last two weeks or if I should just chill out and start my PCT on Sunday? Only reason I’m saying that is because I feel i got a little skimped on my first 30 days with the low dosed AMS liquid. Although my pumps have been insane lately I was expecting more from the andros in comparison to the article in the Texas A&M studies comparing 330/mg to results gained from “Testosterone Enathate” in just 30 days and I’ve been on the stuff for almost 60 days now. I definitely don’t think my results thus far have been all THAT crazy. More definition and strength for sure, but overall so far was expecting a little more. The only time I actually feel and look like I’ve been on something is during my workouts. Pumps and definition have been looking real nice.

End of 60 Day 1/4-Andro Cycle Before and After Pics:

First 30 days I used AMS 1/4-Andro Liquids, 3 doses of each a day (360mg/each a day of the “blend”) later to find out that out of the 120mg of the blend the 1/4-andro actually only had 20mg of andros; so after 3 doses a day I was only ingesting 60mg/each “pre absorption”, The last 30 Days I used hi-tech’s 1-Test and Androdiol @ suggested dosage of 220/mg per day.

Starting weight was 162.6, ending weight is 176. I gained a few % of bf according to my scale, I’m sure there’s some water weight to factor in there as well. So not entirely sure how much muscle I truly gained from this cycle. Ive had almost exact same results in the past naturally as well over a 2 month period of hard training and clean eating beginning after a long break out of the gym. One very noticeable difference between working out natural Vs being on the andros were my pumps in the gym. Near the end of my cycle my pumps were really intense and my muscles felt and looked like they were about to explode out of my skin especially my shoulders and arms haha, that was fun. Overall it was a learning experience for my next cycle I plan on doing in about 3 months or so.

Here is a picture of me at 178lbs back in 2017 after training naturally for a couple months after a long break compared to my 60 day 1/4-andro cycle I started also after a long break. Size is similar, little more definition after the cycle. But overall no major differences. I think my first 30 days of using the low dosed ams liquid may be to blame. I also finished my last 30 days of my 60 day cycle with the recommended dose of 220mg of the hi-tech products. I plan on continuing to train hard for 3 months before starting another andro cycle and next cycle I am going with Andro The Giant and Super Mandro stack. 330mg/day of each 1/4-andro like the Texas study suggests. Really wish I would’ve found the andro the Giant products to start with. But when I do start my next cycle I’m sure I’ll be in a lot better shape to start so my results will be more profound. I need to work on shedding this fat so my muscle can shine haha. And please, excuse my scoliosis lol.

12 hours after first Clomid dose I’ve been feeling a slight pulsing headache. Hasn’t subsided either. Just took my second Clomid dose of 50mg. Hopefully the headache doesn’t get worse....read some dreadful reports about pretty bad tension headaches caused by Clomid. Hopefully things don’t get too painful for me...fingers crossed.

Try dropping the dose to 25, will still be effective

Thank you. Really wish I would’ve been ingesting 330mg since the start tho. I actually never reached that dose the entire cycle like the study suggested. I’m sure my results would’ve been even better. Next time tho.

Day 2 into the Clomid my headache was gone and now day 3 and still no headaches. I continued with 50mg too. Must’ve just been the first dose affecting me a little weird. All seems ok now tho.
 
Update: a year after my cycle I started losing a **** ton of hair. Idk if it was from the PH’s or just because I turned 30. My hairline has receded more than it was before and I also have patches of hair that don’t grow either at all or a lot slower than other parts of my hair. It sucks. Any thoughts on this?

hair loss due to aas useage happens whilst you are on the compound (and shortly after while it’s clearing) as far as I understand it. So I think hair loss a year later is highly unlikely to be related.

you just have genetic MPB bro

aas useage will likely speed up your hair loss though
 
I started my 2nd ever andro cycle the other day. The first cycle was this current thread and I felt fine throughout that 2 month period.

I’m currently day 4 into the mandro the giant gold stack. Been taking 330mg of each/day (1 & 4 Andro) since starting and today my face has turned red and super dry and I’ve been feeling pretty nauseous. Think I may skip a day of dosage tomorrow and then lower my intake to 220mg of each/day following and see what happens. Any insight regarding this reaction?

Pogue is no scientist. I'd like to say just ignore his drivel, but I don't like to say that. Others here will know him by his more recent name Starscream. He's a bookworm that pretty much discounts anything anecdotal. The other guy, Hastur, who I knew away from this board, offered a much more rounded opinion, I'd trust him over Pogue with this stuff.
