first m-sten cycle and first log

Subbing for this, I started IML msten on the 4th and will be posting up my info's here soon. So far your looking good, keep up the work!
 
Update for Day 9 and Day 10

20mg msten
3 pumps Dermacrine in AM
1/2 pump Form in AM

Been feeling great. Had a bad headache evening of Day 9 for some reason and into Day 10. Checked Blood Pressure and it seems fine at 125/68. A touch high on systolic, but could have been a bit of stress or who knows. Will keep a closer eye on BP.

Smashin the weights. Been going HAM in the weight room and always wanting more/running out of time. Recovery time is unreal. Tore up a chest workout Monday and feel like I could hit it again today. Its BACK day tho today!

Day 9: Chest/tris

Inc DB Bench - 4x15
Flat DB Bench - 4x15
Cable upper chest fly - 4x16

THEN felt like getting my shoulder pump on so
lateral raises - few sets of 15-20 reps
a bit of rear raises
bicep curls for pump too cause why not - few sets (5 or 6)

Day 10: Shoulders

inc. bench rear DB raises - 4x18-20

Felt awesome. Feeling great this morning too. Diet had been on point, just having a minor issue fitting in all the food. So much food. So I have ended up staying up till like 11 or so just so I can get it all in.

Recent thoughts: Playing around with GDAs more than I already am and dosing of GDAs along with different carb sources and ions like potassium. I have vanadyl sulfate, but not chromium polynicotinate (have picolinate tho but heard better things about polnicotinate) Anyone have experience with these? I have been reading GDAs will create even more glycogen synthesis and shuttle of nutrients into cells even more than just anabolics and with all these carbs, being less watery from insulin along with even fuller and less fat storage is always a huge plus.

Never experienced headaches on any of my Msten cycles
 
Weight gain looks good too. I added an extra 1000 calories and 100g of protein when i started, but then i was afraid of fat gain and started doing too much cardio. So in a week i put on negative .5 lbs (though ive have had some noticable muscle gain and look harder). I have to work on finding a good balance.

Don't worry bout the weight Iv had weeks where I lost scale weight but actually gained muscle because of loss of fat

Im starting to think it might be from all the chewing haha. When I put pressure on the temporalis muscles for a bit, I can feel it start to go away. Also, have taken BP readings a few times today and seems all normal (anywhere from 115/65 to 130/68)

Personally I'd save the money and use gdas off cycle like on pct.

I agree. I was looking into it a bit more yesterday and came to the same conclusion.

Accessory day. Felt a bit off/tired when I went to lift. Got a great lift in, just wasnt 100% for whatever reason. Did not affect my lifts though.

Diet has been on point. Starting to get sick of the foods now, so gotta mix up flavors this week coming up. Think I might go with mexican style and mix my ground beef and/or chicken with refried beans or something. Suggestions? Had a Qdoba burrito last night because I was dreading eating what I had already made.

Weight - 218 lbs in AM

Rest day. Had to do some house cleaning and work. Feeling great tho and am loving this shiz. Woke up at 218 and I feel like the ball just started rolling just a week ago. about 20 more days to go depending. I actually have some more than my 1 bottle of OL msten now, so thinking of going for a full 5 weeks now. We will see. Thoughts? Also, no sides yet at 20mg. I think I am going to cruise here for another week and see what next week brings, then think about bumping to 25mg.

People are starting to notice in the gym. Starting to get vascular, huge pumps, and just looking thick and solid. Hope this keeps up and I can add 5lbs a week for the rest of the cycle (fingers crossed). Going to have to look at food intake again tomorrow and readjust probably. Bump up from about 3800cal to probably 4k. Again, open to thoughts and suggestions.

May post some nudes tomorrow for some updated pics.
 
Looking good bro. I feel you on the food. I decided to throw in some fish because I was getting tired of chicken/streak/veggies every night. But im trying to up the cals from 4k to 4.5k to balance out the cardio.
Also did they same as you and decided to keep the cycle going. Im think im gonna go 6 instead of 4, but ill probably be staying at 20 the whole time.

Thats a good idea. I was given some advice on bumping it to 25 after 20mg has settled. It is my first msten run, so I might? Maybe 25mg is my sweet spot? and if it isnt then back off to 20mg. Not sure yet, but when the time comes I will know.

Although 6 weeks @ 20mg sounds tempting right now.

And good point on food with cardio balance. I have been doing cardio to keep the heart healthy @ 3-5 20 minute sessions per week, so maybe with the bump gains will pile on quicker. One can dream.
 
I've been at 25mg for a little less than two weeks now and am still having no sides. Slight headaches every once in a while but they've stopped a lot since I started taking 12 Cycle Assist a day. I'm also on Tren too, it's my first time running both so I can't really contribute anything to a certain one. I got some pretty bad back pumps after deadlifts and bent over rows yesterday.
 
The back pumps were killing me for a few days. Wasnt even while working out, just random times. I started taking a low dose a taurine and ive been fine since.

no back pumps for me yet :) keep your fingers crossed.

That's how it was when I was on Epistane, I haven't had much trouble with it on this cycle. I could be sitting in a chair and have to lay down from them.

Awesome! I am taking 4 LGI Damage Control per day right now with some other supps, but might grab some cycle assist and throw that in too. I get headaches every now and then, but I am not sure whether it is from the msten or not since I got headaches before cycle.

Woke up this morning at 7:30, took 10mg msten, but went back to bed without eating till 8:00. Woke up light headed, dizzy, and some nausea when I stood up and had to stay laying for a bit.

Was starving, so maybe was a blood sugar thing? Anyone have experience with this or ideas? I ate breakfast and some coffee, and it has gotten better, but still hanging around. First time this has happened to me so far.

I've done the same thing and never had any problems like that. I have gone an hour or so before eating after my dose before, but I have read that some people have to take theirs with food or they get stomach problems.

I experienced light headedness about an hour after taking msten today. I ate and not long after it went away

Refeed day today! post some ideas or what you would want to chow down on a refeed day to help me out.

Also, weird feelings werent gone till about 7pm last night, but woke up and feel 100%

if you feel good and are not experiencing any sidse right now, then I don't see any reason why not to bump up to 25. you should notice a difference within 3 to 4 days after making the jump. If the sides are there, then jump back down. My last two weeks of my Msten cycle I was at 30 and was completely fine

What would you say are the main sides to pop up with an increase? Blood pressure?

Also, how you would dose 5mg caps for 25mg? 15mg in AM, 10mg 12 hrs later? 10mg, 5mg, 10mg @ 8hrs apart?

Felt good, went to workout about 10am, and started feeling nausea after my first exercise.

Leg press - warmup and 2 dropsets of 25-30 per drop

had to rest and get a smoothie at the bar. Felt like I did not have enough in my stomach and needed more fuel.

After about 30 minutes and a smoothie
Sumo Squat - 2 dropsets of 20 per drop
Leg ext - 3 double drops of 15-20 per drop
laying leg curls - 5x15
seated calf raise - 3x20

had to leave to eat then came back later that day

lateral raises - a few sets of about 20 (going for pump)

felt great. woke up ready to go and feeling good. Still full from the day before.

Worked all day and had a time crunch at the gym, which btw the nerve of the f*cking people. I had 1 hour to get my lift in and then had a client. Its 5:30 and the gym is packed. All cable freemotions are taken except one. I go over and see a facecloth sized towel sitting over a rope attachment on the machine. Stand there for a solid 30 seconds, looking around for anyone to make eye contact or making there way back over to it. No one. Start to change the attachment to do what I need to do for some flys, and this f*ucking older guy comes over and immediately starts b*tching at me for moving his sh*t which was a towel on the rope. Saying I should know better and I know gym courtesy and cant beleive I would touch and move his sh*t while he is over at another station trying to superset on different equipment. I say "sir, the gym is packed, I waited, and no one came back. You cannot just put your towel on something and it automatically saves it for you. You cannot expect to superset on equipment with the gym this busy. And he had a b*tch fit at me. It annoyed the sh*t out of me. anyways, needed to vent about some sh*theads in the gym.

too long, didnt read - some as*hole at the gym thought he could leave his towel on equipment and save it while he used multiple equipment at the busiest gym time.

Positives - the aggression is up haha

(crushed at this point and huge pumps)

tris were so pumped it was unreal. They were gigantic and hurt an incredible amount just hanging there. Now, if I could only get the bi's to match the tris. All definition was gone it was just a solid blob on the back of my arm it was so filled with blood. loving this so far, just need to keep BP in check.

Slightly elevated at about 130/70

Weight in AM - 222 lbs. 10 lbs gain and IM LOVING IT!

Have some added fat, but still another 2-3 weeks to go!

Form - none (will be going 1/2 pump EoD) unless some of you have input on this.

BP stil about the same. between 125 and 130 / 70ish
 
Looking good. And LMAO about the guy in the gym. Theres always someone who wants to do circuit training in a full gym. Luckily now days im bigger than most people in my gym, so there arent many arguments.

This is a "raquet club" and snoody, entitled douches walking around. This was an middle aged, entitled man who thinks because he pays $50 a month he owns the place and can do whatever the hell he wants. First time I have had a problem there though.

I have consistently been taking Damage control along with extra grape seed extract, arginine, and resveratrol (among other non-stim NO boosters)

When i upped my doses during my DMZ and Halo cycle i increased my Damage Control from 4 to 6 caps per day. Maybe up the DC if you can and see if you feel better :) Also i read on some forums that it may take a few days of the increased dose and then youll go back to feeling normal again, especially with harsher substances, so maybe stick with the 25mg per day for a few days and see how u go and/or increase your Damage Control intake bro
 
I am going to keep a closer eye on the BP, but when I got home it was 135/85. I worked out carefully because I was freaked out about BP, but about 2 hours after my workout, BP was 117/78. Took my remaining msten dose to hit 25mg for the day after seeing my readings before bed, and then this morning BP was 114/68.

It may have just been some weird thing. Also, I did up my dose of damage control with upping of msten.

If I get weird spikes, I will drop back down to 20mg and cruise there.

As soon as I am off work, lay down and close my eyes, and hit the gym it is gone. Going for an eye appointment next week and hopefully last until then.

Think I figured out why I had that weird day of intense spiked BP when i switched to 25mg. Combined an arginine pill (containing also Yohimbe) with a support product with Taurine. Have been keeping an eye on BP since that day (taking BP 6-8 times a day) and all have been normal (between 110 and 130 over 70-80).

Bumped msten back down to 20mg (due to scare) and figured I would cruise at 20 the rest of the week. I will try bumping it to 25mg again Sunday or Monday next week. Will monitor Dcrine and lethargy. Still at 3 pumps ED.

Killer back day reguardless of the headache. The pumps I am getting in the gym hurt! Amazing intensity.

I know nothing about this cycle or the comments but a couple things to look for:

Headaches usually mean you need to drink more water or your blood pressure is too high.

Arginine is going to bump the BP. I don't ever run PWO's while on cycle.

Keep your sodium down and eat clean.

msten - 20mg

Dull headache most of the day. Laid down after work and felt fine. Went to the gym and crushed it.

BB curls - 3 dropsets of 15 each drop
close grip ez-bar curl - 3 dropsets of 15 each drop
seated DB Curls - 3 x 15-20
concentration curls - 2 x feel
seated calf raise - 3 drops sets of 15-20 each
Lateral raises - for a pump
bent posterior raises - for a pump
Cable crunch - 4 x fail
reverse situp - 4 x fail

msten - 20mg

Feeling great so far! The plan is today being an off day, but we will see if I can stay out of the gym. Trying glasses when on the computer to see if it keeps the headache away, and lets hope it does.
 
Day 21

Everything has been going great so far for the most part, but starting to get paranoid about GYNO.

Last night I was looking in the mirror and it looked like my nips are puffier than usual. Always had some pubertal gyno that I have hated the **** out of since Ive been like 13.

However, there is no sensitivity and I cant feel any lump that has developed behind the nips. Applied some extra FORM last night and today. Am I worrying over nothing?
 
I've had nipple sensitivity on every cycle I've run including Epistane which isn't supposed to aromatize. I got some bad rc nolva on my last PCT and ended up with a little gyno. You will know if you're actually developing gyno. The lumps are noticeable and the sensitivity is downright annoying and becomes tender. Puffy nips can be a sign of elevated e2 or prolactin but as I said without the rest of the symptoms it's not much to worry about. Just keep up the AI and you'll be fine.
 
I had a lump form up a couple times as well on this cycle, I'm not sure if it was from the Msten or Tren. I never had that problem on Epistane, but you can definitely tell. There is a lump and it is definitely annoying and hurts a little bit. I also got some burning sensations too, but 10mg of Nolva before bed seemed to help it go away. I finally got some Aromasin in though and started running it at 12.5mg eod to be safe.

Thanks brother. Idk if it is me just being paranoid and thinking there is some sensitivity now, or theyre sensitive from me checking them all day like 45 times haha but hopefully its nothing and/or I caught it before anything serious happened and bumped the AI in time.

Dosed 12.5mg exem and I think I will do 12.5mg exem EoD on top of my FORM. Overkill?

Also, seemed to always have had pubertal gyno (never a professional opinion) but have been running powerFULL all cycle (l-dopa) Thoughts?
 
I also think my lump and sensitivity went down after I stopped stressing about it and touching or messing with it any.
