Rotating injection sites from R/L Quad and Glute...Don't know how I feel about Deltoid injections on myself.

40 mg Nolva for two weeks
20mg Nolva for two weeks

I just want t make sure from people that have had legitimate experiences with AS's that I am on the right track...

You're a bit lost here man. DS's are designer steroids, you're talking about regular anabolic steroids.

Secondly, 250 a week is low. It will most likely raise your T levels up past your natural levels, but not by much. If you're going to cycle, you probably want at least 400 mgs a week. Most people suggest beginners start with 500 mgs.

What's your diet and training look like?

250 feels nice but won't cause drastic anabolic effects. You will with 400. 500 as well but I'm comfortable advising 400 as a solid first cycle. Also be more specific with pct and diet & training.

I apologize for the confusion....my diet is based around a 3700 kcal goal, I do not eat sugar, I rarely drink, no fast food...Carbohydrates come from brown rice, oatmeal, and vegetables. I rotate meats through the week and have eggs, oatmeal, and bacon every morning...I have had a strict diet for two and a half years now that has worked nicely and know how my body responds metabolically. Training is based around wendler 5/3/1 programing with four basic lifts Bench, Squat, Deadlift, and standing press. I do compound movement accessory work as well as I feel my body responds well to this style of training.

I really was not going to get any more complicated than Nolva and a natural test booster. I will have Aromasin on hand throughout the cycle. From what I have read Nolva and Clomid may be overkill for a test only cycle.

I can bump up to 400 mg/week...I have read one and two injection ways to do this, what would you guys recommend. My thinking is with a longer compound like this I should be fine with one injection, however, I feel to get the most out of it two may be the way to go.

I am on 250 and it's great. I take pharmacy test though, so who knows what UGL is like.
I can't imagine stopping this at 10 weeks though, I would feel like I ruined my endocrine system for no reason.
It feels like a great "training tonic"
