First Havoc Cycle Workout Help

I've decided to run a havoc cycle and I was wondering how much increased rest time is needed between lifting muscle groups. I just switched to this workout does it look ok or do you recommend something else. On the non lifting days will be a combination of diffrent cardio training (swimming, running, biking.) I figured it was just easier to take a picture..haha

I'd like to know what you are trying to accomplish before I can properly can properly acess this....
 
It is mainly a cutting cycle while trying to increase strength and gain some LBM.
