First halodrol/hormone cycle questions

You guys are probably sick of reading first halodrol cycle posts but I do have some questions to which I have been unable to find direct answers to thus far.

First one is concerning cycle protection / support. I recently purchased AI cycle support despite being weary of the saw palmetto as I have had bad reactions to it in the past. I was hoping that i wouldn’t this time but by the second day they started which include an increase in anxiety (which I’ve already had I a lot of lately due to something going on in my life at the time), a general sense of weakness, and an inability to get food down despite being hungry. (I think I may be allergic to saw palmetto). Anyhow, I plan on putting together my own cycle protection as most of the formulas I’ve seen include saw palmetto, which I don’t think I’d need as halodrol doesn’t have issues with elevated dht levels and therefore I don’t need to worry about prostate problems, correct? Would the following suffice:

Milk Thistle- 750mg a day
Hawthorn Berry with Vitex extract - 848mg hawthorn berries and 282mg extract with 1.8% vitexin daily.
NAC – 600 or 1200 mg a day
Curcumin 95 – 500mg a day
CoQ10 – 100mg a day

Would that be enough or would I still need something more for cholesterol support? Would 300 or 600mg of phytosterols suffice? Or would I need something stronger for cholesterol management?


Secondly, I always err to the side of caution when starting any new supplement and often start with a fraction of the recommended dosage which I plan on doing with the Halodrol as well. In the past I have often gotten, what I consider to be, satisfactory results with a smaller dosage then recommended with some natural t-boosters. So with the Halo I plan on starting at 6.25mg. I know that to many of you this is probably a laughable dosage, but, I would like to see how my body reacts to that dosage for at least the first several days or even first week. Now my first question concerning this is: from what I’ve read halo has a half life of 8 hours; if I were to take that dose with my breakfast, would the single dose be okay, or would my testosterone levels plummet at night and therefore I’d need to take the recommended two doses? Would I be fine the first week with a single dose of 6.25mg before upping the dosage to two 6.25mg dosages by week two; one in the morning and one at approx. 5pm, or would I still need to start off with the two doses a day?
My second question concerning this low dosage, and then gradually working up, is: would a longer cycle be okay; say a 7 or even an 8 week cycle?

Lastly, and this isn’t as important as my previous questions but, in the past several months my hairline has been receding at a far greater rate then it had been the past several years (I’m 31 years old by the way). This may be due to an elevation in stress and anxiety in my life of late but according to one individual I was talking to it can also be from natural testosterone boosters because, as he said, most of the natural test boosters will mainly elevate DHT and LH levels, as opposed to actual Test levels, and therefore are worse on the hair then halodrol would be. Is this an accurate statement?
Or if I’ve been seeing an increase in hair loss lately, can I expect it to be even further accelerated with the halodrol? Like I mentioned before, I’ve had bad reactions to the saw palmetto in the past and was always too worried to try Propecia for worry that it might cause the same issues. If I were to finally try finasteride would or could it have any negative interaction with the Halodrol? I haven’t been able to find anything online that it would, as 19-nor substances can, but honestly I haven’t found much at all on haldorol and finasteride used simultaneously?

I also have some questions on PCT but I will hold off on asking those for now as I feel I've already asked more than enough for the time being.

Any answers would be much appreciated. I apologize for making my first post such a lengthy one.

1. Cycle assist looks fine. I do mine that way too. Look into adding ALA as an antioxidant, policostanol and red yeast rice for cholesterol support.

2. Yeah I kind of laughed. Waste if time IMO. I'd start out at 25 for a week. That's still a pretty weak dose of halo and honestly should be fine.

3. I never experienced any hair loss with halo. I don't think there is much to worry about, but like you said above, you err in the side of caution.
 
^^^ Nicely said above. Did you buy all your cycle support individually of is that the ingredient list of an on cycle support supp?
 
Thank you for the answers. So if I were to start off at 25mg a day would I want to split the dose in two; 12.5 and 12.5 or would I just take 25mg with my breakfast? I'm curious as to whether or not, with the half life of halo being 8 hours (unless i'm mistaken with that info), would my levels plummet at night as I slept causing any sort of hormone inbalance?

So far I have the milk thistle and hawthorn berry; the others I still plan on buying; I just wanted to make sure of what supps to order. I couldn't find a cycle support formula without saw palmetto and like I said, I've had bad reactions to it in the past; might be an allergic reaction.
 
Lol, seriously, even 25 is too low to start, anything under 50 and your just wasting your time and money.
 
At that low of a dose i doubt any of the hormone will make it to your blood, by the time it passes through the liver the 12.5 mg would probably be gone, do 25 at once if your gonna start that low. Fyi, females run more then 25mg per day, just something to think about. Not trying to to be rude, if your that worried then your not ready.
 
6.25? I took halo for my first run and I started at 50mg and felt like I wanted more went to 75 by week 2 and did 100 at week 5-6. You will literally feel nothing at all. That dosage is not weak, it's non existent.

Do some reading on halodrol's affects and dosing please sir.

Exactly and you're way over thinking this my man. It's halodrol. It's an anabolic. Pony up and run a real dose.
 
Hit it at 25 for 3 days and get a feel. 50 for the rest of week one and two, 75-100 for the remainder of the run
 
how can u even get 6.25 mgs of halodrol? I think you might be confused. I think they are 25 mg caps from what I've seen.
 
That was my very first thought when i saw this thread, someone has too much free time on there hands lol.
 
You will know if you are allergic to it after the first few doses, do your taste testing for a few days and then jump to 50mg. You definitely want to dose halo twice a day when you start taking it for real
 
Thank you for the replies. Yeah I guess I have had a little too much free time of late. The pills I purchased are actually 50mg pills; to get 6.25, using a milligram scale I measured out that each pill contains 400mg of total powder, the other 350mg being rice flour; I dumped the contents into a larger empty gel cap and shook it up just to make sure it was evenly distributed, or at least hoped that it would; I then proceeded to dump in 50mg -again, assuming that for each 50mg of total powder there would be 6.25mg of halodrol- into smaller empty gel caps.
 
H-drol is very simple. Take 50mgs for the first week. 1 am 1 pm. I started at 50 and felt really good on it and within that first week, bumped it to 75 and did that the whole cycle. I tried 100mg the 4th week and felt more sides, so kept it at 75 the remaining run.

Cycle support is really helpful. I noticed it working because I was able to tell with my piss. I took two scoops mid-day(personal preference) and piss was crystal clear all day as well as HR being at 95/62. Without it, for a few days(on accident) I was at "normal" which was like 135/86.

I have MPB from a tren cycle and Hdrol had no effects towards it.

Don't overthink the simplicity of it. I did Nolva PCT and honestly I think I could have got off it and been fine. Obviously don't take the chance. Eat a lot, keep the carbs in check, and between week 4-6 you will notice huge composition changes.
 
I went otc pct for hdrol, not that id do that again but i was fine, didn't have a single issue. No bloodwork to prove it but felt fine and kept gains
