First H-Drol Cycle. PCT Help

Going to be starting my first H-Drol cycle. I have a few questions about PCT. H-Drol cycle looks like this:

Weeks 1-6: H-Drol
50mg/50mg/75mg/75mg/75mg/75mg

Weeks 7-10: Inhibit-E
3caps/2caps/2caps/1cap

Weeks 7-10: CEL P.C.T Assist
6caps/6caps/6caps/6caps

Does my PCT look alright? How are the doses? Do I need to run any thing else and is it OK to take both Inhibit-E and PCT Assist at the same time during the day? Also any other comments would be greatly appreciated. Cant wait to start.
 
You need a SERM to start with. Check out some threads on this forum and research this before you make any decisions.

Also what are your goals? If you are looking to put on size a good diet and workout plan will do that for you. Im guess at 5'8" & 168lbs you are tall and lean correct?
 
Yeah I am looking to put on some size. I have looked at a couple treads on H-Drol and PCT for H-Drol, and haven't been able to find what a SERM is?

A SERM is a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator. For example, clomid or Nolva not to be mistake for Novadex Xt. Id hold off on the PH until you hit a plateau. Go to body building.com and get your slef a good diet to build mass first.

I would also recommend waiting 6+ months till you've had more time to read up and understand what you need. Everything you need to learn is on this site. You still have lots of room for natural growth too.
 
i did check out other people threads and have seen people just use inhibit-e and pct assist for pct without nolva

I would suggest reading more because most people would use more than that for pct.
 
If you decide to use just the Inhibbit-E by all means have fun with the shutdown. I would defn go with a SERM on this one man. Neverstop is right, take your time and research this before you make any decisions. Good luck you to bro.
