First EVER cycle.

Hi there, Im 22, 95kg, 6ft, 15%ish bodyfat.

Ive been training for the last 1.5 years and gone from about 76kg (13%ish body fat) to what I am now. Done this by keeping a clean diet, eating around 250g protein and 220g of carbs and a training routine that consists of 3 days splits which includes 5x5 strength training combined with some drop sets/super sets.

Im looking to do a bulk at the end of July after my holidays. I will be increasing the amount I eat and will be aiming for maintenance calories + atleast 1500. (clean bulk so from meat, carbs like rice, pasta ect, and also some shakes when I dont have time to eat)

My Cycle will look like this - (keeping it simple, dbol + test for the 1st cycle)

Week 1-4 - Dbol 30g/ED
Week 1-10 - Test E 250/EW (would it be worth going to 500? not sure as its my first cycle....)
Week 12-16 - Nolva 40/20/20/20
Week 12-16 - Clomid 100/50/50/50

Is there anything im missing? like HCG ect....is it worth while?

As I said, Im new to this and would appreciate any help given, thanks for your time :)
 
get your bf down to 10% before you start. you'll thank yourself in the end. also bigshadow is right. i didnt touch my first pin till i was 30.
 
You should wait till you are older , but knowing you won't might as well give advice. Dbol gains are pure bloat of water and little muscle , but pairing it up with a test base is good enough to make them more sustainable , try actually going 6 weeks of it at 20-25mg and it might help make it less watery and more retainable , get cycle support , joint support , taurine and keep BP checked constantly since dbol does raise it...Hawthorn should help with that...other than that you are g2g in the stack, just remember, serm+ai+natty tbooster for stack is the best way to PCT.

Follow the advice from the guys here at the forums please...You are FAR too young to juice , and can get back even 10 lbs from your cut, muscle memory IS powerful enough to do it while keeping yourself in the same bodyfat %. Best thing would be for you to cut even more , 15% BF is not lean enough to say you have actually reached natural peak physique , so at 15% bf you might not be at the 200lb benchmark for being ok to juice at your size (lean body mass wise i mean) So cut up more , and then lean bulk pass 200 again , that should take yah a few years down the road and hopefully make you wise enough to avoid gear for now...
 
400-500mg of test. 250 will only put u at the upper level of natural test production. Which u are already at cuz ur only 22.
 
And with test e go 12-14 weeks. hcg can help if ur going past 10-12 weeks
 
@ Bigshadow - Thanks for your post. Its a fair comment, Ive had a few people tell me that and it does make sence. Ive also had a few people that have said if I take a small stack that it will give me good gains (since my diet + routine is good) however the side effects will be minimal. Ive also had people tell not to go near gear untill I can Bench 1.5 x body weight, squat 2x and deadlift 2x. Im about 30kg away from all 3 of these.

@ Demolition - Thanks for your input. At the moment im currently cutting for my summer holiday - going to rip it up in Ibiza for a week - middle of june. Im hoping to get to around 12-13% for that. - Might hold off on my cycle untill end of aug-sept to give me time to cut down to 10-11%?.

@Celorza - The only reason ive mentioned Dbol is because i gather there is a 3-4 week wait untill you feel the test e kicking in, the dbol was purely to speed up the gains. What gains would the dbol give me at the end of my cycle compaired to without it? What would you recomend for the PCT, get rid of clomid and run Nolva + Arimidex for the 4 weeks PCT?

I would go Monday morning. And Thursday morning , to try and keep things as level as possible. U could run test p and go for 8-10 weeks it kicks in alot faster u'd just have to pin every other day.
 
I'd kick the cardio in high gear before u start, try and drop 2-3% bf, u'll get better results.

Ok, Im probibly going to be shot down here and sound stupid, but if im going on a bulk and using test/dbol or even just test alone to help me gain size, whats the point in loosing the bf% first? if im going to be bulking....

I'm going with ghrp 2 & cjc 1295, ghrp 2 3x a day at 100mcg and the cjc at 100mcg once aday with one of the ghrp's.

I went with the cjc 1295 over mod grf 1-29 keep it simple, u'll get better results with the mod grf but it's my first so I'm opting for the easiest route.
I figure it will get me more comfortable with pinning so when the time is right I can push test with out being a bytch!
 
If ur at or above 15% bf u tend to put on more body fat than LBM. If u don't care about fat and are going for a dirty bulk then **** it but if u eat to cut up a little and gain size, drop bf 2-3%. It's just my opinion not like it's law
 
No probs. Came on here for advice so I will use it. Ill stick to cutting down for now (for my holiday) then after my holiday drop another 2-3% to around 12ish% before starting my cycle. Will use the dbol/test e (500/week) with Nolva + Armi for PCT.
