First ever cycle advice

My stats 6" 230 pounds age 21 been tranin since 18 years old body fat %15 to %17

squat: 405 - 2reps max
dlift: 425 - 1rep max
bench: 305 - 1rep max

my first cycle thinkin of duing 500mg test enant a week 1-10 weeks with Nolvadex and Clomid for PCT

my only concern is that my body fat is a litle to hight and that i will gain a litlle more fat is there a way to do a test cycle without gaining alot of fat or water but still gain more solid muscle

what was I also thinkin was duing a anavar only cycle insted 50mg ED for 6weeks and cut up a bit and then do a a test enathate for my second cycle

any advice or help will be apprishiated
 
you could run arimidex and keep your diet on point while you are on enanthate and that should be fine. Is english your second language?
 
First thing you need to do is get ALL of your bloodwork done.
Second, take a long hard look at your diet and determine why your BF% is so high at such a young age - your metabolism should still be good and high.
Third, you should spend at least a month or two on here, reading daily... I have been here for several months researching (and throwing the occasional snide comment and even more occasional useful advice in) before I run my first cycle.

You have to remember some important things - one is that you are injecting yourself with chemicals. The second thing is that what you are doing is going to affect your health, and indeed your testicles, and you need to make sure you know EXACTLY what you are doing. Inject without a sterile needle, and you're looking at surgery to remove part of your asscheeks kind of thing.

Also, people here tend to take VERY poorly for people asking them to make a cycle for them. There are lots and lots of good articles on here and in the stickies about PCT as well as cycles. You have to make sure your diet and exercise routines are perfect before considering something like this.

If you think your routine and diet are perfect, then you need at least a year of research instead of a month or two - nobody's is. If it was, at 230 you'd be Mr. Olympia or at least top 5.

thanks for the advice bro but i have been reserching for about more than a year now i was planing on duing a cycle last winter but from the research and from my friends who have cycled previously told me to atleast try to gain more naturally and wait till atleast 21.
 
So run Arminex for the whole enanthate cycle and eat clean will gain good solid muscle without water and fat sounds good.
So take out the Nolvadex

What do u guys think of the anavar cycle 50mg 6weeks how much is expected to gain there with good workouts, rest and proper diet.

That will be fine for your first cycle, diet and cardio is going to have a bigger affect on your fat than the gear. Granted you will gain some water weight, but that is to be expected on test.
 
no keep the nolvadex for post cycle. run arimidex as needed during the cycle that and diet should keep it pretty clean
 
the reason the fat % is between 15 and 17 is because I have been bulking for the last 10 months and eating high calories.

is it too high to do a test cycle if a keep a clean dieat and add cardio during the cycle

i've always been under the impression that you want to cut before a cycle. gains are more noticable.

ive read about lots of people that wish they would have dropped body fat before their cycle

just some food for thought
 
Just as a personal opinion...21 is still too young to run a cycle. I was slightly immature at this age, as most of us probably were! If you sit down and think about it, it might be more responsibility/money than it is worth. Just a thought.
 
I think it would definatly be a good idea to start cutting before the cycle so you can get your diet dialed in and get your body into fat burning mode. Do some sprinting and high intesity interval training to get your metabolism reved up then start your cycle
