I'm getting ready to run my first Epi 2a3a cycle starting this Sunday. I figured this would be a good one to start with.
I'm 27, 200lbs, 18% bodyfat and have been lifting consistently for 3 years (wasn't very consistent for the 4 previous years).
My goal is strength, maintain body weight but I expect my bodyfat to drop a bit as well. I'm hoping to add 15lbs to my bench, 30 to squat and deadlift. Not too sure what to expect since I don't know how my body responds to this stuff.
I've been spot on with my diet for about 4 months. 300 grams protein, 300 grams carbs, and 70 grams fat per day, and I'll increase my carbs on two days out of the week. I'll be following a Westside programming that has worked for me pretty well in the past. I'll be hitting 3rm in stead of singles and be using 75% of my 1rm for 4sets of 6 on the repetition day instead of dynamic effort (never really gotten much outta DE).
My lifts are:
Bench: 275 (main reason I'm running a cycle been stuck for about 8 months)
Deadlift: 455
Squat: 415
I've been pre-loading with 2/day of Protex
On Cycle:
Epi 2a3a 20/30/30/40/40 (maybe a few 50's if I'm feeling it)
Protex: 2 pills a day
Cycle Support by Iron Labs: 4 pills a day when protex runs out
Forged Joint Repair: Will use if I need it
Fish Oil
Taurine: if I need it
PCT:
Nolva: 20/20/10/10
Post Cycle 3x by Vital Labs: 0/4/3/2/1
Mainly just wondering if my PCT is up to snuff, figured it should be since it's only epi but would like some advice. I was hoping to get some advice from a buddy I knew in college that took prohormones. I called him earlier this week, not only did he not know what a SERM was or nolva was, he didn't even take any otc pcts either!! So that's why I'm here.
