My stats 5'9" 197lbs 14-16%bf

Goals: lose 10lbs with minium Muscle lose (heard ec does this very well)

Dosage: days 1-3 25/200 1 time daily

Days 4-8 25/200 2 times daily

Days 9-32 25/200 3 times daily.

Calories at 2200 on off days 2500 on workout days

Bmr is 2750....

Workout full body 3 days a week with 1 iso day
Cardio 2-3 times a week 20-25 min (may up it)
 
Been about 4 hours since first dose... Not even hungry forcing myself to. Eat... Um had a workout heart rate about 150-160... Not to bad.
