going to do a pp cycle of

10/20/20/30 wk4 depends on sides{if any}

What kind of diet you going to be using and what kind of routine? Your gains will be contingent on these two factors.
 
just trying to bulk up

beef
milk
around 2000 cal day steel cut oats
protein shakes
chicken turkey
etc

just really want to put some mass on,

4000 / 5000 cals a day

routine

gym 5 days a week
