Hi,here the first cycle i wanna do,tell me what you think.

10 weeks sustanon 500mg/week
10week deca 300mg/week
10week nolva 20mg/day
week 11 to 13 clomid 50mg/day
2 week after last injection 5000ui hcg
every 5 days for 15 days.

Rest the test a week beyond the deca.

run hcg throughout @ 250iu x 2x a week
Post cycle clomid: 300,150,100,50
or
Post cycle nolva: 80,60,40,20

Agreed, but I would not run Clomid personally (sides are too harsh for me) and I would substitute Test Enanthate or Cyp for the Sust unless you plan to inject eod. Also, I would only use Nolva for PCT and while on to combat any gyno flare up and use an AI like Letro or Arimidex only as needed for bloating. Wait 2 weeks after last inject before starting PCT to allow the long acting esters to clear whether using Sust, Enan or Cyp.

imo,test only would be fine for a first cycle..
id also go with a single ester test instead of sustanon..

pct start 3 weeks after both deca and sustanon
