This will be my first cycle.
Cycle will start Oct. 10
Stats:
age:22
height:5'8"
weight:190
bf:estimated at 14%
My gear:
-50ml qv enanthate 250
-10ml qv deca 300
-20ml animal power eq 200
-100 10mg qv dbol tabs
-120ml liquid clomid
-120ml liquid nolva
Ok i obviously have enough gear for two cycles, but here is what I was thinking of running on my first cycle.
Test Eq dbol
week 1 500 600 35
week 2 500 600 35
week 3 500 300 35
week 4 500 300 35
week 5 500 300
week 6 500 300
week 7 500 300
week 8 500 300
week 9 500 300
week 10 500 300
week 11 500 300
week 12 500
week 13
week 14
week 15 clomid 100, nolva 40
week 16 clomid 100, nolva 40
week 17 clomid 50, nolva 20
week 18 clomid 50, nolva 20
-also I've heard that the 50ml qv jugs are underdosed, should I bump it up to say 600mg/wk?
-Does everything look alright for a first cycle?
-also i will be shooting for 5,000 calories a day.
My diet mostly consists of: chicken, tuna, oats, whole wheat breads and bagels, eggs, grape nuts cereal, skim milk
dymatize whey, cytogainer, nat pb, olive oil, nuts,lean beef, etc, etc....
-I was also wondering if I should run nac throughout this cycle?
-Any other advice or opinions would be appreciated. thanks.
