First Cycle

I am getting ready to start my first cycle. I weigh 258 with 15% BF. I am looking for any input on my plan. Test C. 200mg 2x a week for 12 weeks. I was going to use I3C 200mg a day during cycle as an AI.
Looking for natural options for PCT. Nolvadren XT, D-Aspartic Acid, Ester C, Zinc, Resveratrol. I was also looking at PCT Extreme (Iron Labs).

Any experiences with any of these or doing a natural PCT?

You're not doing a natural cycle, so why would a natural PCT be appropriate? You need a SERM and a pharma AI.

Both the drugs you mentioned can be bought legally online. Look around. If you're going to do a cycle, do it right. A pharma AI is mandatory for a Test cycle, and a SERM should be mandatory for any cycle involving suppressive compounds.

Hcg is not a must, but will help recovery. You can use it those 2 weeks when the test is clearing before pct.
