First cycle

Alright guys, this may be lengthy so I apologize in advance. This is my first post, I made an account for the sole purpose of this question. I need to put on about 15-20 pounds very quickly, and I know prohormones would help me achieve this goal. First off, I am a complete newbie to this, I have never ran a cycle. Although I have done extensive research, so I am familiar with how they work. I am going into the military and I must meet a weight requirement in order to enlist and ship out. Being a skinny guy I have a LOT of problems putting on weight. I've worked out while eating 3500 calories a day and it still doesnt put it on me fast at all. I need to go from 134 to 150+ so I can start my career. I am 18, and 6'2. This is the only way I have to put that weight on quickly so I can start my life. This would be the only cycle I'll ever run, because once I'm enlisted it wouldnt be hard to maintain that weight with my physical requirements. I need a good solid cycle to get me where I need to be. If someone would compose one for me, I would very much appreciate it. I know there are risks that come with it, but I am out of options. Recommendations and words of advice are also appreciated, just please dont be too hard on me. I dont want to mess myself up beyond repair, which is why I need a good solid plan and your wisdom. So please actually help, and dont just flame me. Thank you so much.

You're probably gonna be flamed and banned for posting here. You're under 21. Read the rules.

Don't use any compounds.

Just up your creatine intake and take in more sodium so you will retain water to meet the weight requirement. However, you better get your blood pressure down before you go to MEPS...

Well I am an honest person and I didnt want to lie about anything as I am looking for honest help. I have tried creatine, I was taking protein, creatine, and weight gainer while eating the 3500 and it still didnt do it. Thank you for trying though.

If I do get banned please continue to post so I can read the responses guys. Where is a guy supposed to find help if Im not allowed to ask? Just trying to be smart about doing this so I can serve my country as soon as possible.

You can remove the thread yourself and make a new one in training forum. Ask for guidelines there instead on how to gain weight/mass....
In short: eat more and work your ass off. If you don't gain weight&muscle on 3500 cals (did you count them using app/and weigh the food?), there is a slight possibility it's a thyroid/hormonal issue. Some basic hormonal test would rule that out. Also as the other guys said, take creatine 3-5g/day, drink lots of water and high calorie smoothies (easily 1000 cal in one), good fats (nuts, avocado). Good luck :)

Bro come on....6'2 and 134? I started at about 6'0 130 and gained an easy 20 in my first month or two eating a decent amount. Get in the gym, workout hard as fek and eat like a cow. Protein, creatine das it.

Yea because everyone works the same...

Yeah at 6'2 134lbs I'm guessing you've never picked up a weight. Get your ass in the gym first and eat as much chicken breast and carbs as possible. You will grow, I was like 150 in junior year of highschool before I started lifting. And I'm only 6'
You're only going to hurt yourself if you take any kind of steroid

I agree with everyone else I am 6'2 I lifted natural tell I hit 225 and then I couldn't gain anymore weight that took me from a freshman in high school tell I was 20 and I started at 160lbs. Focus on food 6 - 10 clean meals a day not steroids not yet. Good luck.

Agreed! Get your skinny ass in the gym and put in the work! I'm sick of these kids thinking they can just skip the hard work THAT is DECADES of busting your ass in the gym. Establish a foundation (several years) and then entertain AAS and/or DS/PH. Also, you need to pack on 20 lbs to join the military? Why? So that during basic training you lose that 20 lbs within the first week because you don't have a foundation or any muscle maturity. It's a lose lose situation for you buddy. Get in the gym, get focused and eat!
