First Cycle

I am 26 years old and have been lifting since I was 16. I started at 150 lbs and am now around 220 lbs lean but currently at 250. I am thinking of running a lean bulk/cut cycle for the next 12 weeks and would like to know your thoughts on it. I have test c 250 EOD, Tren 100 EOD, Deca 150 EOD, and Winny orals 50 MG ED. I will be reducing calories by 500 every two weeks and training 6 days a week with longer cardio sessions on upper body days. Thoughts?

That said I am debating between running this and starting with a test and PH cycle for my first run. I would like to lean out and try and get in shape to be stage ready. I am really focusing on my diet and getting everything in line. Any help on the cycle would be appreciated. Also is milk thistle and NAC enough for an intra cycle liver support or should i invest in something stronger?

That first cycle is absolutely insane for a first time. Seriously it shouldn't even be in the same library of the stuff you should be reading up on right now.

With the very limited info you've provided it looks like you're most likely pretty high bf right now (20% ish if not more) so I would cut naturally for awhile. The doet you've laid out is also dripping cals way too fast unless you're currently eating like 2000 over you maintenance ha.

Not to sound overly rude but it looks like you have no idea what you're getting into.

What you are saying about it being a bit much for a first cycle definitely makes sense. I have been thinking about this for awhile now and training for a long time. I am currently around 24% bf as I gain fat incredibly easily when trying to add weight even with a semi clean diet. I am currently eating round 5500 calories so the 500 cut every 2 weeks is not unreasonable. I would agree that I may be dropping cals to far under the circumstances of the added gear, but I would like to hear other opinions. As for the cycle would you recommend something more basic for the first time? Why not go full speed the first time and not half ass it? Not that im trying to contradict you I just dont understand why to not go all out?

Ok so again my questions comes up.. . Why would I cut to 10% before adding this in, when I could use it to increase lean muscle mass while reducing caloric intake to lean out at a rate that is faster due to the muscle requiring additional calories to recover due to an increased level of testosterone? Please dont think I am being disrespectful I just dont understand the "Diet first then use attitude"

you don't have to be 10% but below 15 is much safer. The reason is that at higher bf you're far more prone to negative sides. High estro, high bp, etc (even without the cycle this is true... "Fat" people are not very heathy as you prob know). Without being a lower bf you also won't see as much benefit.

As for the cycle the reason to keep it simple is that you don't know how you'll react to certain compounds. One could cause you horrible sides from day one and if you're running 3 you won't know which it is or how to fix it. Everyone reacts different to compounds so no matter how much you think you know about how things will go, you truly don't until you try on YOUR body. This, simple is best, safest, and easiest to control.

Your diet doesn't seem to be very well thought out either. 5500 calories is a ton and if you're gaining a lot of fat then it's def way too much. What's your maintenance cal level? What foods do you bulk or cut best with? Do you track your macros or just guess? These are all far more important then the steroid as without a proper diet the steroid can only do so much. You have to feed the fire appropriately or it just won't burn as good as it can. Give it wet leaves and it'll smoke and fizzle out, give it gas and it'll burn hot and heavy.

I didn't say you need to be 10%. I said you need to get down 10% as in around 14-15%.. No need to resort to AAS if your diet is not on point!

If you can't successfully diet, how do you plan to successfully cycle AND diet at once?
