I'm on my first cycle ever.. I'm running 1 ml of test e 250 a week for ten weeks.. I'm on week 5 but not seeing much.. is this to little?? I try to eat twice my body weight in protein witch is about 280 grams.. I have droped about 8 pounds but put about 5 back on... should I run 1 ml twice a week?
