Bro, save that and get a bottle of something else. SD is not a first time user compound, or really even a second. Lots of sh!t could go wrong with all the side effects (gyno mainly). Look into Helladrol(halo) or Epi, Katandrol, etc. Look around here and you ll find lots of info on 1st timer threads.
Also Nolva alone isnt really enough for PCT, your dosing looks good but you need more supps to address things like estrogen, cortisol, etc.
