First Cycle will be P-plex

this will be my first cycle
i purchased p-plex
and during the cycle i will be taking cycle support, inhibit e, fish oil. I spent 90 on all together.

During post cycle i have not decided.

Does the supplements for this cycle seem to be okay?

Also can i still take creatine, nitric oxide drink during cycle?
Last question, can i go ahead and start the cycle or should i take some cycle support before i start?

what are ur stats?

cycle support should be started atleast a week before u begin the pplex.

do not run inhibit-e on cycle.

save the creatine and NO for PCT to help maintain gains

what does ur PCT look like?

im guessing u mean:
age 25
weight 153
been stuck at 150s for months,


I new to this, as far as pct i was thinking of post cycle and an anti estrogen but still need to do more research on this the pct.
I was told that i need a SERM while on cycle.
That is why i chose inhibit e., could not find any nolvadex to buy.


any recommendations on eating habits while on pplex.
low carbs?
high protein
high calories?

if u cant get a SERM, do not run this cycle....its as simple as that. u clearly have not done enough research because a SERM is not used on cycle, but in PCT
 
i found some nolvadex.
i got a bottle 20mg 100 pills
As far as my PCT goes
is nolvadex,tribulus or horny goat weed, milk thistle

Is 20 mg of nolvadex a day during post cycle good enough?
I will still have the inhibit e on the shelf can i take a dose a day as well with the nolvadex?
