I’ll tell you what I can, but I’m not big into the culture or lingo. I’m 39, 195#, 6’. Been lifting for about 8 years, got really into it the last 3 or so years... usually hit it about 5-6 days a week with one cardio day. Usually lift reverse pyramid to failure, or 6 sets of two tiers (6-8 reps Failure/10-12 reps failure). Don’t know what big 3 is. I’ve used various PHs, and I have seen results from those, but I usually bail out due to libido drop. I believe that’s due to raising my levels enough to shut down, but not enough to substitute natural production. I think running a test only cycle (jnjectibles) would be the best next step. But I’m getting mixed reviews about dosage and support (ie: some say HCG throughout with an AI in PCT... some say Nolva when needed, then Clomid at the end.) I don’t mind dealing with some suppression at the end, till my nuts start working. But I’d rather learn the easy way, than the hard way.
