I calculated around 1200 Cal unfortunately : (

But the weird thing is, I was 164 Lbs before cycle. Now I am 174 Lbs, but no significant strength increase. Also, I dont know my BF now, but my biceps only grow slightly. I mean tiny difference.

I will increase my protein and calories intake from now on, and lets see what will happen.

Also, next time I will buy high grade gear...

Honestly if your trying to grow and get stronger what type of strength program are you running? Try to cycle sets of 3-5-8 and go heavy if you wanna build strength.

Also whatever your eating you prob need more there's no way with high test, lots of food, and pushing yourself heavy in the gym you should be getting much stronger especially at your level
 
Belgorod, you could research on Google for 30 seconds and realize that 1,200 calories is way too low. Not only is it too low for someone trying to put on muscle, but it's even too low for someone trying to lose weight. It's just too low for a human being. Wow.

I cant imagine that's his average cause he wouldnt be able to keep weight.
 
Still, no progress.

I have increased my calories, now I am 182 Lbs but still no muscle gains. Weirdly I am gaining weight, but it is not muscle.

My strength is only increased little bit. I was able to do 400 Lbs deadlift.

I will try Legit Pharma Grade Steroids next time. 500 Mg Test E or Sustanon 250 + 400 Mg Deca.

What do you mean you will try legit Pharma steroids. You started this thread by saying you got your testosterone straight out of the pharmacy.
 
It turns out that this Steroid is actually not pharma grade. I researched about this and I have found that this Iran Test E does not sold officially in my country. So , the owner of the pharmacy just sold this to me unoffically. He obtained this steroid illegal ways. Not legally.

The other thing is, I recently discovered, there is no instruction paper in the box.

But still, it was able to increase my T levels from 400's to around 1300's. Yes , definately underdosed, I think I supposed to read at least 3000 Ng / Dl levels with 500 Mg / Week.

I only noticed very little effects though. Because, I read that, the guys hop on 100-150 Mg / Week TRT doses, and they also achieve around 1200-1300 NG / DL like me and they can build significant amount of muscle with that. I did not experienced this.

I only experienced better recovery thats it. But I am wondering, maybe they put something in this drug and it fools the lab tests and thats why it shows T levels higher than actual, but in fact, maybe my T levels are still same ?

Or T levels are really at 1300 Ng / Dl but my body cant use it, is it possible?

Or , my receptors are bad so I need to hit different receptors with different kind of drugs at the same time ?

I have read that, one guy has tried Test E without any results, later on he tried Sustanon + Deca and he got amazing results.

I am really confused right now.

My cycle will finish yesterday.

At March I will begin new cycle and this time I will use legit pharma grade ( I will choose the best brands with code verification system ) Sustanon 250 + Deca. I hope everything will be fine.

I'm gonna say something different here that I personally think is important. Its easy to jumpon gear and expect certain things that really aren't realistic. Whenever you understand a compound is when you used it, same things goes with training and dieting knowing how your body reacts. So start low and see what the compound does and then you can add things or increase the dosage. Very often less is more with steroids.

It was because you don't know how to eat, not because of the steroids. My 9 year old eats as much as you. If want results you have to work hard for them, they don't come out of a magic pill or bottle

Do you think most people who get bad results are posting pictures or do you think people that get great results are? A person that's in great shape will enhance that physique while a person that doesn't have any physique to begin with might look better but it's not gonna be something you go wow this guy is abnormally huge. Eating and working out will decide the results and your overall physique to begin with. Thats why i say start low and see what the compound does for you personally.

Also, my levels are around 1300 now. If I use 500 Mg Susta + 400 Mg Deca ( Pharma Grade ) and boost my levels to around 5000 Ng / Dl, do you think I will see the difference ?

Stacking deca is far more effective than test alone. Test to me is something I like to dose low and stack with other things. You're focusing too much on others. Most people don't put up pics, most people are too young and stupid and they think they look amazing having some bloat by doing dbol only cycle. I can tell you that you need some kind of base to see results worth mentioning. You have to push yourself to the max on steroids to get the benefit, you have to have some muscles already to see good results and you also have to take food and genetics in to account. I gained 28 pounds on winstrol and test and I leaned out, that was amazing to me. I've waisted time and money before on better bulking steroids and used them wrong , didnt have diet in check etc.
 
Also, deca and test might not be for you. Maybe your body right now would look better with primo as an example since it's more clean. You don't run winstrol on high body fat cause its not a fatburner , it shapes your already fit body.

Yep, because you didn't do your homework and apparently are "learn resistant". You had plenty of advise, mostly to GO OFF THE DAMN CYCLE .
Now you have to deal with bloat, shrunken nuts -and, during PCT, a penis that points to your feet -and if you're "lucky", you will have some titties to play with.

It's easy to be greedy in a first cycle cause you expect more than you'll get. Test way too high, nothing else in check. You really have to read up more and keep more focus on diet and training than steroids.

I am now 180 Lbs and my BF measured %18.

My goal is to be 180-190 Lbs with %8-10 Bodyfat.

So for this I need 25 lbs more muscle mass.

You need to give things 3-4 weeks at least, generally speaking, to start "feeling" the benefits of high test levels.

Your "frontload" looks a bit strange, but meh. Your serum levels will increase from the first pin, yes, but it can take up to 6 weeks to reach peak stability.

Id agree that, again generally speaking, 12.5mg/d of aromasin is too high when dosing blind (ie without any symptoms or bloods). Every other day is a better starting point.

Why?

Cos more test = more aromatisation, and more aromatisation = more e2, and too much e2 = not better stiffys.

Then, on the other hand, using too much AI = too low e2, which can also = not better stiffys.

So as you should be able to see, its not necessarily as simple as "I HAVE ALL THE TEZT BUT NONE OF TE FEELZ!"
