First Cycle Test E + Anavar

So guys, I'm from Portugal and I've been following the forum for some time. I have studied a little to make a more elaborate cycle. I have 6 '2 "and 196lb and I work almost 3 years. I know little about anabolics and I would like you to analyze them, please.

1-10 Test Enan 500mg week
5-13 50mg Anavar ED
3-12 HCG 500UI week
3-13 10mg nolvadex

I consider the use of Arimidex if necessary. At the 14th week, PCT started with 40mg of nolvadex.

Is the HCG intra cycle on time and dosages correct? In addition to nolvadex for PCT what else should I use? I'm afraid of clomid. Thank you very much
 
You're on 9 weeks anavar, don't go more than 6, And do test 12 weeks

Test e week 1-12
Anavar week 7-12
