First cycle, simple and easy

For a first timer, how would this look:

Weeks 1-12: 500mg Test E
14-17: Nolva 40mg/day (longer if levels aren't up to par)

(I didn't include the support supps.)

I have been reading as much as I can on PCT for a cycle like this, and there are more opinions than I can count.
 
I'm 21, 5'9" and 190 pounds at about 9% bodyfat. I have always been more into powerlifting than bodybuilding. Currently hitting 435/245/455.

If I was you, I'd drop the nolva, assuming you haven't already purchased it (the dose your running isn't right anyway), and pick up some toremifene and run that for pct.
