Hi everyone, I am looking for some recommended ph stacks as this is my first cycle! I have been reading and devouring information like no other. I have spent the past month weighing pros and cons of ph. I have decided to go for it. I would like any recommendations for a first cycle.
About me I am 27 have been lifting for the past 5 yrs off and on. The last 18 months consecutively. I have a powerbuilding style of work out. I am 170lbs ranging from 8-11% bf. 6' tall. I consume about 3500 calories a day. I work on cars for a living with no A/c in the summer and ride my bike on most weekends and to work and the gym 3 days a week for cardio. I am trying to give you all as much info for the best help if you have any ?s please ask. Thanks in advance for your help. Are there any pre made stacks or should I build my own w/oct and pct?
