First Cycle Questions

Hey all. 30, 6'0 192 lbs (lean), looking to begin my first cycle. I've been researching about this since my early 20s, obviously in a better place in my life financially/mentally where I can do this the right way. This is what I plan on running for my cycle/pct, everything will be ran at recommended dosages, so let me know if we're GTG:

During Cycle:
1. RPN Havoc + Androtest (6 weeks cycle at recommended dosage)
2. CEL Cycle Assist
3. Milk Thistle (I know Cycle Assist has it in it already, wondering if I should take more as extra precaution for my lovely liver)
4. Joint Support (Need recommendation for this the SNS one is out of stock)
4. Hi-Tech Pharm Arimistane (Is this best in market? I've heard mixed reviews about AIs, but I'm thinking I should have this ON HAND just in case?)

PCT:
1. Tamodex (Tamoxifen) -- Different name but still Nolvadex right? I'm getting 20mg 100 tables, but was planning on running this at 20/20/20/20 for 4 weeks (yes this is from a legitimate source I've done my homework on them too)
2. SNS Optimize-T (Currently have been using this as we speak for going on 3 months, half way done with a bottle and have another one unopened ready to go)

And that's pretty much it aside from your usual creatine, protein powder, and multivitamin supps. What do you all think? We GTG? I will not be starting this cycle until I have the Tamoxifen in hand, which will take about 2-3 weeks, so I'm in the process of getting everything together in the process. Can't help but feel like my PCT is still missing something though. If you guys have any recommendations please let me know, thanks in advance for the help!

Everything looks good, don't be afraid to double the dosage for the androtest. I know it's expensive but that epistane will shut you down hard and fast and having sufficient test in your system is definitely something you will want to have and possibly some tudca and something for blood pressure.

Thanks for the tip. What about AI and joint support? Are those needed? I’ll look into TUDCA

What are the "recommended doses"

Companies putva recommended dose on the bottle for liability purposes but there rarely a proper dose

Sorry for the late response guys, been a bit slammed with work the past few days.

So for the RPN Havoc I plan on running 20mg (2 tablets but thinking about upping to 30mg 3 tabs) a day for 6 weeks. For Androtest says take 3 tabs at 125mg so 375mg each day for 6 weeks as well is what I'm looking at. What do you think about that?

20/20/10/10 Nolva would be sufficient. SNS joint support XT may be in stock somewhere, check my recent thread on it and message Steve. I got some from Flexit but they took a week to send it out thinking they ran out, but found a few bottles in one of the warehouses so you may contact them as well.
I’d grab something for back pumps as well, Epistane killed me with them.

Standard dosing for epistane/havoc is 30-45mg per day. 20 is too low in my opinion.

For androtest I'd say the reccomended dose is the bare minimum dose.

Most of these compounds require 2-3 bottles to run a successful cycle

I plan on getting two bottles of Havoc and 2 bottles of Androtest anyway. Since this is my first time, what would you suggest?

Roger that. Any particular reason for 10/10 for the 2nd split?

Save money and potential side effects. Leaving more for the next PCT or to have on hand if you do get a gyno flare up. A mild cycle like that it should be plenty. I think there was the original thought it would prevent rebound gyno, but I don’t think there would be any gyno concern from Nolva itself.

Honestly what's your diet like...finishing up a 12 week test/ deca/ dbol cycle it broke down to less than 200$ a month I spend a 1000$ a month on food just to put it in perspective you said you've been slammed at work and there's not a damn thing wrong with that but does it also mean no training missing meals etc...thanks to CA labor laws I get a break every 2 hours so I make damn sure there's a Tupperware full every time

Yeah I know what you mean. I work from home though, and I have a great gym at my apartment complex so it actually is the perfect time for me for this. And when it comes to food I cook and so does my fiancé so getting my calories in won’t be a problem. I actually just finished a month long pescatarian diet and just shed some body fat as well. Im enjoying trying different foods and seeing how it effects me.

BTW I sw your avatar after I posted the diet question and felt like a total dick because if that's you natural at 30 then obviously you have a good base built through diet and hard work

Hey it's no worries man! I understand taking anabolics is a serious thing and everyone here gives tough love and I respect it. I'd rather it be given to me straight anyway. But yeah man that's me now, I gained about 30lbs thru my fitness journey naturally (165 to 193-195) and I think I'm ready now

It's nice to see someone who understands that and actually put in the time and hard work to build that frame. It's going to make your anabolic journey that much better believe me

You’re certainly at a much better point and doing a more correct cycle than the 17-19 year olds in the gym popping sarms like they’re the new Xanax.

Really though, ideally you’d wait til your 100% natural genetic potential is met but I don’t think hardly anyone does that and that can take several years past where you are now even.

If you’re 21+ and fully understand the risk, have done good research, and can be disciplined to eat and train right, go for it.

Yeah for sure that makes sense. TBH I think at this point my main concern is do I need to be taking an AI during cycle with the 4-ad since it is a 2 step conversion, or is it better to run it PCT, or just keep it on hand just in case?

Always in hand just in case but in your situation now you probably won't need it until pct. But it is better to be safe then sorry believe me
