I'm planning on doing 8 -12 weeks of Test e starting in a month or so. I'm wondering what the general consensus is for an AI and pct serm. Or are those completely user dependant?

It really depends on how much test you’re running for the ai but assuming it’s 500 mg 12.5 mg aromasin every other day would be a good starting point and for the pct I like Clomid 100/50/50/25 and nolva 20/20/20/20

500 is correct..clomid AND nolva?

I mean that’s what I do but I know there are quite a few people that only run 1 serm in pct. personally I’d run 2 serms but just Clomid and aromasin would work fine too
