First cycle- plan on cutting with S4

Been lifting for two years. Currently am 6'3 225lbs, 16% BF. Want to lean out before summer without sacrificing muscle mass or strength.

Looking at running 50mg S4, 5 days on, 2 days off for 6 weeks, based on suggestions I've read from various sources.

Will also use Nolva for 2 weeks PCT.

Is there anything else I need to consider, either during the cycle or PCT? Should I stack Ostarine with the S4, or keep it simple for my first time?
 
If anything, i think ostarine would be better for keeping it simple. That way you dont have to worry about missing doses and such and I believe s4 has more side effects. Ostarine sounds perfect for a cut

I gotta agree with this. S4 sides are horrible, it's no fun to have your vision messed with. The 5 on 2 off protocol did not prevent vision sides for me. Check out this thread, has tons of sarms info.

Thanks guys. Will seriously consider Ostarine instead of S4. Is there any need for an AI with Ostarine, or will just the SERM pct be enough?

I would have some exemestane on hand just in case of any high estrogen sides. Most users don't have any estrogen issues but there is always the possibility. A serm pct is all you really need for pct for any cycle.

Have decided on an 8-week Ostarine cycle @ 25mg. Will PCT with Nolva afterward, and have exemestane on hand for estrogen sides.

Am excited to see how this all works out.
 
One more question if anyone has a thought. I've got a bottle of Ep1stane I've intended to use before it expires. Would it be wise to use it after a 10-week break after this cycle, or could I potentially run it immediately after the Osta?

You could bridge your osta cycle right into the epistane cycle, no problem. Hope you have your pct nailed down pretty tight with that long of a cycle though.
 
The plan was simply Nolva for the PCT. If running 8 weeks Osta + 4-6 weeks Epi would make pct a bear, I might not bridge them.
