First Cycle options and opinions Var vs PH

Okay,

So after some advice I have chosen two different cycle options. (this will be my first cycle ever)

I am asking for help deciding between a PH cycle or Oral AAS

Cycle option 1

Anavar 40/40/40/40/60/60/60/60

Option 2

Cerebrus by Spartan Nutrition

Androsterone (100mg)
Super-Rb-DHEA (100mg)
Super-19-DHEA (75mg)


Stats:

195
16%

I am looking for the option that will suppress me the least, be the least toxic and still give me adequate gains. I am only looking to shed some waste fat while preserving muscle. A lean mass gain is not my first priority but does not hurt


I am asking for opinions between these 2 products. I appreciate if you believe something else would be better, but my goal at this time is to decide Var vs PH

this is me, but for your first, I would go with Spartan to get your feet wet and how to adjust where needed.

both the guys above can assist on the spartan side, but it is a great line. you wont go wrong there

Thanks. I have been in touch with yates84. Any specific reasons why this would be more beneficial?

if its your first run, you want to get it right and not waste it. once you go with injectables going to a "ph" isnt bad, but not the same. Again, this is just me, i would want something under my belt first to get the feel of it. Learn how my body is going to react and what to expect and how far i can push myself etc

Does a PH cycle such as this one require an intense PCT?

well suppression is suppression and will require pct, but no not as intense
 
Look, even as a Sparta rep I'm not going to sit here and claim that Cerberus is going to yield the same results as a cycle of good Var. But it will serve as that less toxic, milder cycle that you're looking for. Var is also mild. Cost is about the same. Both require a SERM pct and cycle support. Flip a coin OP, and if you need advice on whichever cycle you choose, hit me up.

I'd second this Sparta put's out good products with good people behind the scenes, i've never tried cerberus but don't think you could go wrong in the least.
