First cycle - OL Tr1umph (Methyldiazirinol) cycle critique

Height- 5'8
Age- 27
Weight- 165lbs (75kg)
BF- Around 12% (abs very clearly defined when tensed up, present when relaxed)
Calories - ~2500- 3000

Waist- 30.5"
Bi's- 15.25"
Chest- 41.5"
Thigh- 22.5" (I swear they look bigger than this. :/ )

Training time: ~ 8 years.

Diet: Normal protein intake is ~150g, I've heard to double this. Increase carbohydrates due to nutrient partitioning effects of Methyldiazirinol.
Continue to eat more in PCT.


Cycle layout:
OL Tr1umph- 40/40/60/60/60/60 (maybe 60 all the way?)
Ar1macare pro - 0/0/8/8/8/8 caps (purchase another bottle?)
Tudca- 500/500/250/250/250/250 (other dose in ar1macare)
Taurine (if needed - I believe 3-5g?)
Have ZMA too.

PCT:
SERM e.g. Rebirth 2/2/2/2 caps ***
Sup3r PCT - 10/10/10/10 caps

***SWIM is running the exact same cycle and has access to pharma tamoxifen 30 x 20mg and clomid 24 x 50mg.

Creatine mono
Beta alanine
(Many stims to choose from - Giant Rush, Pes Alphamine / Enhanced, APS Mesomorph) + Athletic High Volume
Maybe the non hormonal Tr1umph if enough money. ;)


Training:
Goals: Increase strength, "harden", gain lean mass, possibly maintain bodyfat percentage?

Likely to do an upper / lower / upper / lower split (won't be strictly over a week due to lacrosse training once a week, work, and gym opening hours) with increased volume, maybe a "weak point" day. Or PHAT training with more emphasis on volume.
Lacrosse training once a week.
Training in PCT - Lower reps, try to maintain strength.

If anyone is interested I can start up a log (noticed not many for this compound by Olympus Labs although a fair few by IL and LGI). :)
