first cycle of test

Ive got test e and want to run a 8 week cycle with it. I want to make sure im going to do it right and wanted some expert advice. if any one can share any good techniques for on and post cycle it would be greatly appretiated.
 
500mg a week for 12 weeks. Bread and butter first cycle man. If your doing E don't bother only running it 8 weeks. It's not going to start kicking in until around week 4 anyways.

X2..keep it simple bro. Clomid or nolva for pct, with an AI and some DAA.
