Hey guys i'm currently running first cycle ever. I don't want to jump right into AAS just yet. I want to get used to running cycles before I jump into it. I'm 34 years old (just had a birthday), weigh 190ish. Body fat is 18-20% ish just guessing but definitely got some stomach fat, rest of body not so much. Been working out off and on for 10+ years. I will go hard at it get in decent shape and plateau out. My diet when working out is decent, i'm by no means a calorie counting diet freak but, I eat well when trying to get gains. High protein intake, no alcohol, low calories. But again i'm not perfect in that aspect. Anyway cycle looks like this:
1-12 GW-501516 20 mg in AM
1-12 RAD140 20 mg in AM
1-12 S-4 50 mg 25 mg AM and 25 4-6 Hrs later

13-16 Nolva 40/20/20/20
GW-501516 20 mg a day in AM
I will keep everyone posted throughout. I want to run bloods too so I can test my source. I'm three weeks in and am definitely having vision sides from the S4, yellow tint and hard to see in dark.
