I am 21yrs old and wieght about 230lbs. i am 6'1". I am in the Army and am in Iraq right now. I am going to be starting my very first cycle in about 2 wks. I've been researching prohormones since i was about 18, and now that i am old enough i am going to start my cycle. I will be using methyl masterdrol and m1p....the question i had was during my cycle what kind of fat lose should i expect? And after my cycle is over what would be a very effective fat burning stack? As of right now my BF% is somwhere around 20% and i would like to get down to about a 10%-12%. I have full access to perfect nutrition because i am a cook for the army and as for cardio well we run 5-10 miles every other day. If you have any experience or input please, i would greatly appreciate the help.

Hi bn1ji,

The biggest factor that determines your cutting/bulking goal is diet. If you'd like to loose fat on your cycle, I'd suggest spending a lot of time in the nutrition forums learning about what the most effective diet for you.

An effective fat burner (there are several on the market), a good diet and the amount of cardio you're doing would melt the fat off anyone.

thanks for the reply i will do some more research on cutting diets.....and i would agree completly about the importance of the nutrition for fat loss.....i do however have another question......would it be ok to take a ephedrine fat burner during my cycle or any fat burner for that matter.......how will it effect my results or harm my body if at all?

many people take fat burners on cycle. As BigV said your diet is what makes it a cutter or bulker. If you cutting then don't expect alot of muscle gain on cycle.

IMO, I just think that the use of any prohormones in order to cut isnt worth the money. You could probably cut down to your desired goals.

Just my .02

i agree prohormones or eca stack shouldnt be used for fat loss . do it natural eca stack increases blood pressure and is not healthy for the heart. a good diet and lots of cardio is healthy for the heart.
