First cycle, need input

Hello all, been reading through the boards on here for a while, finally ready to post.

Stats:
29 y/o
9% bf
5'7'' 158lbs
Deadlift: 395
Squat: 345
Shoulder Press: 185
Free Test : 596
Training serously for 7 years

Goal: Increase strength and retain 10lbs of lean muscle mass

Plan to run my first in a few weeks. Nolvalabs supratest 400 (200 cyp/200eth) at a milder straight dose of 1/2 cc 1xwk. 12 weeks and nolva for pct .
From what I've read, for my first couple of rounds I can still make good gains with proper nutrition , with this type of dose, without having to front load, pyramid, etc.

Is 200 enough a week or do I need to bump it up to 300? Will Nolva as pct be plenty?

Opinions and Input appreciated. Thanks.
 
Run the test @200mgs/wk for 4 weeks then bump up to 400mgs a week for 8 weeks then post cycle. That should be a good first cycle to see how ur body reacts
 
Nolva would be good but make sure to add in a natty test to get ur "boys" back in the game. Also, some migjt recommend using clomid as well or torem. Make sure i do ur research on ur PCT and have it on hand before u even start ur cycle

Your free test looks off the charts, especially for your age. 10 lbs. of lean mass could be done without this.
