First Cycle log: Test E, Mast Prop, pBOLD log

Clen sides were rough on me too! I had to drop to doses back!...That's always encouraging when people can see your hard work!

Yeah think I'm going to alternate days one day clen one day stimul8. After 3-4days straight on clen I started to sweat while sleeping and had to keep my apartment at like 60 degrees. If I did anything at all my heart would start pounding and my hands literally never stopped shaking. The clen tabs I have are certainly legit. I think on my next cycle I need to add some npp or deca the heavier weights are doing a number on my joints. My elbows were screaming after chest and tricep training last night. I'm really feeling the stimul8 too pretty potent for otc
 
Bro I have skimmed the posts and for your first cycle you are going way overboard.

The excuses you give about depression, slow metabolism etc are just that, excuses.

You should have the discipline to cut naturally at least to about 15% BF (maybe 1-2lbs a week) but instead you are resorting to using powerful drugs you seem to lack any knowledge of.

At the most I would say you should run test 400-500 a week for about 12 weeks only for your first cycle to see how your body reacts. with a small calorie deficit. Perhaps have some halodrol/epi weeks 1-4/5 but honestly test only is best.

You need to understand basic nutrition and training before using any PED.

But at the end of the day it's your choice so good luck but have a think about it all.
 
Is this your stimul8 log? From glancing at this thread I think you need to take a step back from the supps. A lot of other stuff to get in line first

Thanks know you are trying to help. I'm not sure what gets people so upset about my nutrition or training. I've tried the 6 meals a day with clean carbs ect. Simply doesn't work for me I have a lot of diabetics in my family and I'm very carb sensitive. In terms of food I'll try to eat as clean as I can whey shakes and Turkey /chicken breasts are pretty good in my opinion. For my "carbs" I eat organic spinach salads I make myself. I'm not saying I'm perfect I fell off track for two years. Totally my fault I own up to it. I'm training and dieting the best I know how I'm 23 yes I do make mistakes. If you check back earlier in the thread you can see pics of me at 15-16. I've been training a long time bro since 13 years old in socal. Higher volumes of training I tried for years before giving them up. I currently train weights twice a week and my lifts are gaining weekly. I mean I know I look pretty chappy but I am trying my best.
 
Well there is your problem for starters, referring to "clean food". What, do you wash it with detergent or something?

Just set macros and a calorie goal (lots of useful stuff online to help you determine this) and weigh your food and track it with an app like myfitnesspal. Takes 5 mins of your day.

It doesn't matter if you eat 1 meal a day or 15, set your calories with a deficit (-500/750) from your maintenance. Eat that amount every day and train hard. There is no other alternative than losing weight if you do these things
 
Yea. Calories are crazy low for someone your size. And why take all that if you're not really gonna work out? Looks like you've trained three Times in over two weeks, two biceps and only one chest? And then gaining 9 pounds on a cheat? Something just feels off about this

I gained 9 pounds of water weight because I hadn't eaten over 20 grams of carbs for like 5-6 days. As for training I normally do chest, triceps shoulders, then biceps and back, then legs. I'm trying to focus more on upper body right now because my gf and I both think I have nice legs in terms of size. See the thing is I don't want to get bigger I just want to get leaner at this weight. I agree my body and metabolic rate is atypical. I'm sure as I lose bf I can eat a bit more. After Feb I'm going to add in a clean carb a day like some brown rice or oatmeal.

I do use my fitness pal. It says I'm taking in about 1200-1600 calories a day. I weighted myself today 220 even. I think the test is causing a body recomp.
 
On 10/23 you were 219 after your big cheat. Now on Nov 5th you're 220 while eating 1200 cals a day? Hmmmmmm

correct. it's pretty obvious though I'm losing fat like my stomach is definitively getting smaller.and my lifts are going up week to week. I certainly feel weak and tired a lot though.i've tried to say like a hundred times my metabolism is very slow. I don't mean to be a smart ass but it feels like i need to record my meals on youtube for people to believe me. the messed up part for me is i can see increased definition in all body parts except my abs. I'm pretty sure getting more pics up here would help.
 
I have fought my metabolism for years eating 900-1200 calories, training 12+ hours a week and NOTHING was happening.I have a thyroid disorder so I kept fighting with my calories trying to get past my plateau! I started listening to the guys/gals on AM and upped my calories to 1600, then 1800! I lost 20 lbs following there suggestions! There is a ton of knowledge on this site and many people just wanting to share what they've learned over the years! Not saying you have to change things up, but just be willing and open to others suggestions! Many of our journeys/struggles have been similar!

I think that's entirely possible, considering there's a bunch of drugs added to the equation. I do agree that 1200 calories is way too low, especially with t3, but I'm just here to see what happens, this is the OP's cycle not mine. Now, OP, I would consider what love2liftkat had to say, it's a really profound idea. And, like she said, there is a vast amount of knowledge on this board, so gather as many opinions as possible and incorporate some new ideas. I say try upping your calories for a couple of weeks, and see what happens. The only way to find what works for you is to experiment. But, with that said, if you are happy with your progress on this cycle, don't change anything. If I had to make a suggestion or two, it would be to up the calories and train more frequently.
 
are you taking Aromasin/Arimidex or kessar??

Best you sort gyno out before it starts.

Rather take it through out your cycle instead of when u just feel the sensation

Hey bro, thanks for the kind words you and love to lift are great and I appreciate your encouragement and advice. I'm feeling better and better on the test, into week three now and feeling better then I have in years. I was thinking about people's advice in the start of the thread and I think I'm going to push the cycle from ten to 16 weeks. Maybe around week ten go from test e to sus. 250. My thinking behind this is I don't want to have sexual dysfunction and be feeling low right as I go on my trip. I need the test decanate because I'll be gone for like 12-13 days so no pins. On my diet I feel so unsure what to do. I fear eating more will cause me to balloon up. What could u add to add extra calories with few to no carbs?
Also very sure the t3 is fake, I messed up and got it from a research company instead if my source, it had good reviews but been monitoring my temp and little change after t3. Meanwhile the clean has me shaking and sweating at 40-60 mcg

Sir, you must dial in your diet. I used to be just like you not eating enough.

Meal/shake/meal/shake/meal/shake from the time you get up till the time you pass out.

I'm 38 on test e at 480 p/wk for 18 weeks. I eat eat and then eat some more and by the end of the cycle all of that muscle mass burns the fat off.
Don't look at the scale everyday! You are eating like a chik trying to lose weight!

Test, heavy weight and good clean food mang....get greeezey up in the gym!

I used to do the same thing.....you gotta prepare your chicken and ground beef, brown rice in mass. So it is always there with you like your gallon of water.

No excuses! You are on cycle make it count!
 
Feeling better and better daily, the test is really kicking in. One thing i'm super surprised with is the lack of sides. Been taking BP, normal for me. Acne less then usual. Workouts really nice pumps and gains every workout. Chest and arms much fuller and even on my recarbs it seems like I have less bloat. Been super happy. Looked at my source and decide to get a few more products since everything has been going so well. One bottle of sustanon 250 @ 270 and 50 tabs of Anadrol 50.Going to blast the A-bombs for a few weeks and keep my test the same. Switch from Aromasin to Nova while I'm doing this. Then Around Christmas decide if i want to come off or stay on until after my trip. One question guys. Do you think if I took my last Shot Dec. 24 I could have normal Sexual function by Feb. 14? How long does it take you guys normally to recover on Clomid and nova PCT?

Ok, if bloat is such a concern why would you buy anadrol? If you want to cut, I would absolutely send the last order back, get some more test e, as well as mast, and consider upping the dosage of the masteron. Or, you could cruise on test and mast, utilizing lower doses of mast and test while also continuing t3, and extend the cycle.

I use nolva/exemestene and anabeta elite for pct and it works very well for me. I think the anabeta elite is some really good stuff for pct.

A very wise member from here showed me how to cycle correctly and it has been smooth sailing.

I get zits on my back stomach and arms from aas. Seems to be my only side aside from heartburn but that could be because I eat too much hehe.

Well I'm horny as **** on 500 milligrams. I just mean like how long does a 10 week cycle take to recover from. Do you think I can stay on for the full 16 weeks? Will the test deconate from the sus.250 last me 12 days with no pins/ like enough test to get hard/feel ok?
it's 100 mills of test d per ml with the rest coming from short esters. So I was thinking start the Sus.250 about 4 weeks out and shoot 3 mills or so the day I go, start pct the day I come back 14 days later.
