First Cycle Log: Test E ~400 11 weeks. Let's Do This Sh*t

I just wanted to mention most amps are usually overfilled .1ml.

Surprised you're not mentioning more about the dbol though (unless I missed it). It made me feel awesome although I did retain a lot of water.

It's not like flipping a switch. You will probably notice oily skin first. Also increased libido, when a light breeze gets you hard you know it's working. Some people have to shave more frequently or feel a general well being. Some don't feel it until 5-6 weeks but I think it's because they are expecting to wake up and turn into the hulk over night. It's a gradual change. If you want to be the hulk in a week you need test prop/tren ace/masteron/a-bombs

Thanks brother, that's some good info, and it's great to know mid-week 4 is when it hits, which is right about now. I'm happy with a more gradual recomp; definitely don't wanna be so big I can't fit into clothes n stuff, so I decided I'm gonna use this cycle to gain a modest amt of muscle or lose fat without losing any muscle. Definitely have some interest in trying masteron down the road, but in my haste and rash buying spree I already have 6500 mg of EQ and 2500 mg Deca, so in the winter I'll probably do a Test E or C + EQ or something...might try turinabol too it sounds good.

One thing at a time tho! Gotta try to do this one right...I feel like the D-Bol didn't do too much in the way of strength gains, which is a big part of the kickstart of course, but I did have some moderate gains and am looking fwd to the Winny tabs 40 mg ED in weeks 7-11 (maybe 6-11?).

Alittle late but subd. Going to start pretty much the same cycle (test e 500mg a week for 12 weeks) within a week. Reading this thread is making more antsy to start lol. Keep up the good work!

Thx brother! We shall see, we're getting right into the heart of it. Weight is holding at around 207 or 208, heaviest was 210 but that's not a bad thing I'm going for more steady and lean gains. I'm very excited to start the winny tabs the last 5 weeks. I almost wanna just start the winny 40 mg ED now, but I know it's better to just wait. Guess it'll just be test e 500 / wk next 2 weeks then it's go-time. Maybe I'll do test e only 1 week, then include the winny the 5 weeks after that.

Quick update:

Have to admit, this week I've slacked hard, but mainly due to some unforeseen issues like job interviews that popped up. I figured at least this is the best week to slack off (i.e. so far have worked out twice, eating decent but not great), and can start the winny tabs next week and kick up the intensity. Quick update of the calves turning into cows:

I'm thinking about switching around the workout these last 6 weeks - maybe instead of back / abs, chest / bi's, shoulders / tri's, I should try back / bi's, chest / tri's, shoulders / abs / forearms, and legs. Still working out the kinks but I've been grouping the same body parts together FOREVER so I think this would definitely shock them into submission.

I guess the main con for doing this though is that you lift lower weight for tri's and bi's, since they'll be tired from chest & back, but it'll also up the total workload on bi's / tri's so maybe it'll work well.

Awesome good luck man! For me so far, although I've heard a lot from friends etc., I'm not blown away or anything...although I guess I wasn't going for Lou Ferrigno size. We'll see I have a feeling the second half is way better than the first half.

Man I find the best way to combat the less weight ordeal is to just change the order very other workout. It does great things for me because I have to work 3 at a time and it assures each part is getting main attention at least once every 8-9 days. Plus on this stuff we kill it a lot harder regardless so I see great gains in your future. Really looking forward to the winny starting.

No don't keep it in a fridge. The colder it is the more painful to pin lol. I would die if I chilled test before injecting.

I wouldn't store in the fridge lol... when I had amps I would run them under hot water before I cracked them open. For vials you can run the barrel of the syringe under hot water as long as you're careful to not get it on the needle or inside obviously.

Test-e wasn't really a problem but when I did prop...that was a bitch and I will never inject prop in my quads again. I could barely walk for 2 days after inject.

My next cycle is just phorce starting it next week because I was out of the gym for 6 months due to an unrelated injury. I'm 6 months back in and feel like a small cycle like this would be alright. This is actually my 1st prohormone cycle, rest have been injects.

I will save my real gear for fall (test-e, prop, dbol) even though it looks so tempting sitting in my closet. Just don't want to risk lifting too much and my tendons/joints not being able to handle it yet. When I'm on cycle I actually look forward to pinning...

Going well thanks guys, so this is the start of week 6!

I've added more cardio, fasted in the AM but sometimes I'll be doing like 250 calories burned in AM and 250 PM (if I'm doing one body part AM and one PM). Not much but it adds up; I figure if I do 500 cal per day that's a pound of fat lost per week, which would be awesome. I've kept the same workout groups, but splitting up things like bi's AM and then chest PM yesterday so I can fully whale on each of them. I'm also going to add one set to each main (i.e. first) exercise for each body part - e.g. chest 5 sets of incline DB press to start, shoulders 5 sets of DB overhead press, etc.

So damn close to getting the dumbbell 110's up 10 x's yesterday on the incline bench, still not there though just shy of 9. Would definitely help if I had a regular spotter. I have a feeling, an optimistic one, that I'll just break through on strength and gains, I'm starting to feel really good in the gym. Sleep has been CRUCIAL, especially if I'm going AM & PM.

Started 50 mg winny tabs ED yesterday, I hope that will give a nice boost down this home stretch. I wonder how long does it take to show effects?

I think to go for more gains, I'm going to stop arimidex EOD and see what happens since bloat hasn't been a big issue. I might just switch up to Forma Stanzol but maybe just 5 pumps per day, which is a small amount. Just want to make sure that I don't eradicate too much estro...

PS yeah I second what everyone said. Except for HCG, which you need to refrigerate, anything else (aside from peptides? not sure) is good to keep in the closet. Ha I'm thinking of going the opposite route - maybe finishing this cycle and in the fall or so do hella or something, although I kinda wanna try Test & EQ together.

PPS - First time I injected in the upper right part of my right glute, as opposed to left quad / right quad. Wasn't too bad pain-wise, but a little awkward. Also, I only have 1" pins, is that enough for glutes? I made sure to put the 1" all the way in (that's what she said) hope it's effective.

Checking in on day 40:

Still not "wowed", but I'm happy with how I'm looking, feeling, and lack of too many sides. Doxycycline (via "Bird Biotic" purchased online) has helped a lot w acne, the main side that was annoying the first week or two.

Began cardio 500 calories per day on Monday, so far been able to avoid bitching out (finished the 500 cals Mon Tues & Weds). Will be tough today though, since it's legs day...I like the 500 cal thing that way I'll know every 7 workouts I'll burn one pound of fat, which would be great. I feel like I'm due for some updated pics, however I'd like to complete a couple weeks with the winny first so we'll be able to see a clear difference, hopefully, especially with the cardio.

Not sure if I mentioned this also, but I am stopping arimidex for the time being unless needed, and I am also using Proviron / Mesterolone 50-75 mg ED, which acts as an AI although nothing like dex or letro.

Don't want to jinx it, but I've not been the best about avoiding sodium, e.g. today I had grilled double chicken sandwich from Ranch 1 for lunch, which has like 30% daily value, and I've been lucky in not getting too bloated. I'm sure the Proviron, and now the Winny will help with that. Doing 50 mg ED winny, but might even kick it up to 60 mg depending on how I feel.

Also, I'm extending my cycle to 12 weeks, so after this week I'll be exactly halfway through.

Haven't weighed myself, last I think I even lost a little weight - I was around 205, but I've been dieting fairly well so I hope that's good news. Remember, 200 or actually 198 was my starting point, and I don't think it's too much water weight, maybe 50/50 and hopefully lost some fat.

Workout-wise, I'm making sure to increase the volume on every body part. For example, for every first exercise for each body part I've upped the sets from 4 to 5. I'll post the current workout layout below in a few.
 
Current Workout - Last Six Weeks of Cycle:

Day I: Abs / Back Day II: Quads / Hams / Calves Day III: Chest / Bi's Day IV: Shoulders / Tri's

Cardio 500 cal at least 3 days per week, ideally as much as 5 to 7 days.

Forearm workout 2 x's per week: (1) Rope with the weight - 4 sets to exhaustion (2) Seated forearm curls - 12,10,8,6

Abs:
(1) Weighted Swiss Ball Crunches - 4 sets (each set drop weight and do body weight to exhaustion)
(2) Roman Chair Leg Raises - 4 sets
(3) Machine Crunches - 8 sets

Back:
(1) Pullups - 8 sets (currently first set 15, not nearly my max but I'm heavier than usual...)
(2) Seated Rows Overhand Grip - 12,10,8,6 >strip set
(3) Reverse Grip Cable Pulldowns - 12,10,8,6 >strip set
(4) Narrow Grip Pulldowns - 12,10,8,6

Legs:

(1) Squats - 10,8,8,6 (Current heaviest is about 8-10 reps of 285, but I have to say I don't see anyone go as low as I do so this is a no-bullsh*t 275 x 8+)
(2) Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 12,10,8,8 (Just use 225 - 245. I could easily get to 315+ again I've only been doing legs for 5 weeks or so after a long hiatus)
(3) Leg Press - 12,10,8,
(4) Leg Curls - 15,12, 10
(5) Extensions - 15,12,10
(6) Calve Raises on a Leg Press Machine - 15,12,10,8
(7) Seated Calve Raises - 15,12,10
(8) Standing Calve Raises (usually on a box high reps w a 45 lb weight) - 3 sets

Chest:

(1) Incline DB Press - 10,8,6,6,4 (last time did 100 x 10, 110 x allllmost 9, 110 x 6, 110 x 4)
(2) Dip Machine Press - 10,8,6,6 > strip set
(3) Cable Flys / Incline Pushup on Box Supersets - 4 sets

Bi's:

Thx brother! I had some when I first started, but I think the taurine has helped it hasn't been bad. I also walk to work ~ 1.2 miles and not too bad at all. It definitely didn't help in the beginning, the fact that I hadn't done any sort of deadlift or squat in years...

Well I'm looking at literally almost the same cycle as you. Your PCT matches mine to the T minus the Fadogia. I always heard hcgenerate was overrated marketing bs. Looks like I'm going to have to do some more research.

But other than that, your PCT looks like its g2g

Cool thanks man. Yeah I researched HCGenerate and found out you can buy Fadogia for ~$20 or even less (I think HCGenerate is at least $60 or even $80), so at least if it's nothing special I'm only out 20 bucks. I'm also taking HCG 250 IU 2x per week right now, and will ramp up to 500 IU 2x / week or maybe EOD in a couple weeks leading up to PCT to get my ball sack ready to spring back into action :)

Is this your first cycle as well?
 
Update, day 42:

Now I think everything is coming together. Finally, I got the 110's up 10 x's on incline for chest. Did 110 x 10, 7, 5, 4, 4.

Weight is also up, with light shorts, light sneakers (so probably a couple lbs extra) I weighed in at 215. Definitely an all time high. I'm very encouraged by the fact that it took 42 days for this weight gain and not a couple weeks so there's a better chance it's solid weight. Today was the 5th workout of the week, gonna try to make it tomorrow but either way feeling good and swollen. Will update pics after this coming week, which will be the second week of Winny tabs.

I agree with this statement whole heartedly. Regardless of cycle or not, I think gradual changes are more long term then the quick fix. I've learned to love the growing process for this reason.

Yeah man definitely. And even 12-15 lbs in 6 weeks is pretty damn fast considering I've been stuck between 190 and 200 the last decade...
 
Quick Update - Day 46:

Solid legs session last night, hit the squats hard and did 225 x 10, 275 x 8, 300 x 5, 225 x 8. As I've said before, these are real reps all the way down and since I've only been doing legs for ~6-7 weeks after years w/ out leg workouts I think these are good numbers. Hopefully will be squatting with 350 at the end of the 12 weeks...

Did bi's / forearms this AM, doing chest and hopefully some cardio tonight. Been getting crappy sleep but workouts have been generally good this week.

I use light bands and stretch the hell out of my RCs in between sets. Helps me so much more.

Man... I dunno. **** makes me nervous. Peptides are some potent shlt. I am thinking about running OstaRX after my PCT and bloods for the PH cycle I'm on....it's been known to have joint and tendon strengthening abilities in the stiles done on it.
 
How are you taking the Test E 200mg on monday 200mg on thursday/friday?

and with the HCG 250mg two times per week for 4-9? monday and friday? then on the last week upping it to 1000 mg? 500mg monday 500mg friday?

That's from earlier this week, but I've been sick so I think my pics in a week or so will look much better.

I'm taking the test e 250 Tues / Fri, I decided early on to up it to 500 / week. HCG I'm taking 250 mg mon and wed, and I've been taking it actually usually one more time like Mon / Wed / Sat, which I think will help out more.

I think I look better in the 5/1 pics and maybe even 4/20 compared to 5/24, which is depressing, although it's partly due to having a slightly hairy chest & abs now compared to 5/1 and 4/20. I hate shaving my chest, but it definitely works wonders in terms of making you look a little more cut up.

We'll see guys, I have 5 weeks left then couple weeks then PCT time, so hopefully these will be the most productive weeks of the whole cycle.

Couple other notes - My girlfriend yesterday gave me a complement on my balls being nice and big haha, little does she know! I know though that sometimes AAS only reduces the actual size by 10%.

- My whole body has been sore / achy. I'm hoping it's from this cold I've had the last few days, but I'm really hoping it's not from the winny! Hopefully I'll feel better asap, today is first workout since Thurs, took a couple days off to recoup.

-Acne has been getting bad, and been waking up with very shiny gross face. At least no back-ne or chest acne *knock on wood*.

Will give an update after abs + back today, hopefully I'll be back to 100%. I was way weak on shoulders and chest but was really sick and didn't realize it was that bad. The workout cycle prior I finally hit 110 x 10 (then 8-5-4) for incline chest and 80's x 10 for shoulder press, but this latest round did like only 6 on both. Definitely was the sickness I'm hoping.

Thanks HWD, and yeah although this week I had probably more sleep than needed (as opposed to most of the time less than), I've been barely able to, and yesterday not even able to finish a workout. I'm completely drained, my body is sore, and I'm notably weaker on all lifts. I.e. the main lifts although squats were good chest, shoulders and back (incline db / db press / pull-ups) I did like 60% of what I lifted the previous week. It's bumming me out guys...I guess I'm just sick and have to rest up, although I'm gonna try to do back in a little while (tried to do abs / back last night and had to leave after abs). I'll keep you guys posted but when I did one or two sets of pull-ups, I could only do 10. My max is 15-20, but 15 most recently due to the extra weight I'm carrying. Pissing me off!!!!! :zx11pissed:

If I was in your shoes bro I'd take some time off. While lifting your CNS takes a battering and that in turn effects your immune system. So while your continuing to lift it will inhibit your body's ability to fight off infections etc. Just keep dosing your test to keep your blood levels stable and rest up. Just my .02c

Thx a lot man, that definitely makes sense because I was going 5-6 days per week with sometimes double sessions AM / PM.

Although...I did have a decent workout doing back tonight, and it might have to do with a medication I was put on to help me sleep. It's called trazodone, and I didn't take it last night for the first time since I started Sun night. I'm hoping this is it, and this is a simple problem / simple solution. I've also been having other weird issues, e.g. I can raise my left arm (for instance to reach my hat) but my right is a little tricky.

I'll go another night without taking that med, and we'll see. I really was pushing it too hard; I went like 2 or 3 times while I was still sick for 5 days and tried my luck. Thanks a lot for the input brother, I'll keep you posted on how it goes. I definitely wanna be productive these last 5 weeks, since I won't be 'on' for a while of course, but gotta listen to your body.
 
Woke up this AM feeling about 100% better than the past five days or so. Either the culprit was the medication (trazodone for sleep), a cold, or both most likely. Maybe sometime in the future after this cycle I'll take this medication for sleep and see if it happens again so I know for sure.

Doing chest & bi's tonight. Two workouts ago did 110 DB's 10 times on incline, last workout was feeling ****ty, and bc it was the only thing open I did flat DB press with the 110's and remembered why I don't do heavy flat anymore; shoulder was f'd up. Then did incline DB's only 6 times. I'm gonna say to hell with it and really go for 11 or 12 tonight, that would be sweet by me.

Btw, I've been getting random comments about getting bigger / "being on steroids". E.g. my older coworker said "jeez you're getting bigger and bigger", another coworker said "he's been working out hard", coworker A says "it's because he's taking steroids". Luckily I'm not bloated (at least not severely) or anything, because the two of us explained to coworker A that ppl on steroids look very puffy, such as Barry Bonds aka the Stay-Puffed Home Run Slugger.

I think he believed it, but I guess I should try to focus on leaning out n stuff. It sucks because ppl used to say that stuff about me, especially when I was in my natural prime, but now, since April, they are right! I still haven't told many friends, actually only one of my roommates.

Anyway I'm rambling, but what I want to explain here is that I've seen that AAS definitely does not do it for you, especially leaning out. Any jackas$ can gain 10-20 lbs of water weight but it takes 24 hour per day work, even on weekends, to really make progress.

I'll post how this workout goes, first one since I've felt better:)
 
Nice lol!!!! That's a hilarious read bro. You just gotta remember not to let ten comments get you down at all or worry about cuttin and all that. You still putting in twice the work of most guys that yell "steroids" any time someone makes progress. I been getting the same kinda talk. Gots to make you feel good really though because that means regardless of how we see ourselves that progress is being made. One guy in the gym I don't usually go to asked me today how many pounds I put on in the last few weeks lol. I was like a few... Then an explanation of how carb increase allowed the protein to really do its job in my body haha!! But truth is this **** wasnt nearly the miracle I expected. I'm super thrilled with my progress and know it played a major role but my diet has been more meticulous now than ever and gyn sessions are insanely intense. Good to hear people noticing bro. Looking forward to gym update.

Thx man, yeah that was a mini-vent I guess haha. It's tough for us non-pro bodybuilders who have to blend into normal work life n stuff:) I wish I could just say "yeah I started taking x y and z several wks ago" but then word travels fast and before you know it you're someone who only has the juice to thank for your entire gains. I gained about 5 lbs per year from 18-24, then leveled off till 30. That's definitely not all juice!!!
