First Cycle Log: Test C & OL DMZ

This is a great thread, Im about to start my first cycle of test cyp for 10 weeks and like have really enjoyed ready about your progress... live jacked bro
 
Quick update:

I started PCT yesterday.
Dosing Clomid 25mg and nolva 10mg plus Super PCT by OL. Unfortunately I had to cut my cycle a week short since I was only using two vials for this cycle and I ran out earlier than expected. Probably because I upped my dose from 300 to 400mg in week 4. Oh well. Not really concerned about it.

So I went from 156.8 to 171.2lbs. In total I gained 14.4 pounds, and I'd say probably a little over half of it being actual lean muscle tissue. Right now, weight has been holding steady at 168.0lbs the past couple of days.
 
Another PCT update. Going fairly smoothly, no major problems. Libido still intact, balls hanging low, etc. I will say that I have seen some increased acne since coming off cycle, nothing major, but considering i rarely break out it is definitely noticeably increased. I also started seeing some puffiness in the nips near the end of weak 1. I started back on adex at 0.25 e3d and it seems to have helped. Still been dosing 25 of clomid and 10 of nolva per day. After I finish week 2, I'll be dropping the clomid down to 12.5 and keep the nolva at 10.
 
Hey guys, really late bump here, but just thought I'd give a little update since I kinda fell off the map for a bit. I finished PCT about 3 weeks ago. Libido started crashing towards the end of PCT, but it's all back to normal now. Energy good, mood good. Haven't gotten any bloods yet, but I'd say I recovered well just judging on how I feel.

Weighed in at 161 this morning, so honestly I will say I've lost quite a bit of weight, BUT I've cut my carbs waaaay back the last couple of weeks because I'm tying to lean out some for a cruise I'm going on next month. I'd say a good portion of the weight I've lost has been water, as I tend to lose water weight rapidly when I cut the carbs. Also I feel I look much leaner, id say I've lost about 3-4% bf as a rough estimate. and I'm roughly 4 pounds heavier so I would say I definitly gained a good bit of lean tissue. Overall I think this cycle went ok, modest gains but let's be honest I only used modest doses and relatively short cycle length. I keep saying I'm gonna post pics, so I'm gonna try and get them up within the next week or two
