First Cycle Log: Test C & OL DMZ

Eh I mean I wouldn't call it an overreaction, I had something similar last cycle where i had pip for 3 days after then out of no where massive fluid build up in my left tricep, and I had no idea why. But a couple hot showers/baths later, a bunch of ibuprofen, and a few days and I was as good as new. These things happen, I would give it at least a week before you may want to consider seeing a doctor. The human body is pretty amazing at internal repairs, and I'm sure it'll just take some time. (In my expierences rubbing the area to much leads to more inflammation, I prefer doing lateral raises under some really hot water. To each their own though)

If the pain and swelling doesn't get better or even gets worse after about 7 days then go to the doctor. Bacterial infections under the skin can lead to a lot of problems. Better safe than sorry

edit: completely normal for the pain and swelling to be below where you pinned when you hit delts....gravity!

Alright sorry for the lack of updates. Been super busy at work the past 3 days so I've had no motivation to log by the time I get home.

I pinned my right quad this morning and it went surprising well. So far no sides except for a little joint stiffness in the area that I pin for the next 24 hours or so, and I'm about mid way through week 2. Will be hitting the gym tonight and/or tomorrow depending on when I get home from work

ventro glute to me seems scary because it seems like you are about to pin your hip lol.

Holy sh1t this quad pip though.. I've heard it bad and I'm experiencing it first hand now. I can only imagine what it must be like with something like prop that is notorious for bad pip.

This is what you do:

1) Put your right foot up on a bench or stool
2) There should be a "bulge" just below your hip bone on your right leg.....thats all muscle, pin right there
 
I did a little bit of everything upper body today. Strength is way up. The weight I normally do for sets of 4 on bench, I was hitting for sets of 6 no problem. Didn't want to get ahead of myself and wind up injured though so I just kept the weights the same and did more volume than usual. Pump was pretty crazy. Appetite has been raging the past couple of days. I weighed in at 160.9 this morning which puts me at +4.1 pounds in a little under two weeks. Nothing crazy, but I'm definitely feeling better in the gym. I'm going to up the dmz to 40mg tomorrow.

Not to mention my libido has tanked and my woman is not happy with that.. do you guys think that could be due to the test not being kicked in yet and so it's shut me down and essentially like running it without test base? Thoughts fellas?

Taurine 3-5 g will help back pumps. Not sure why your libido dropped off I ran dmz 5 weeks solo and had no issues.

Pretty much what's happening. And without going back in the thread, what are you taking for cycle support/supps/etc. that might help for the back pumps? Wouldn't give it up just yet. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate, potassium, taurine, and some more hydration.

Try Brawndo, it's got electrolytes.

Managed to get a pretty good session in today. Strength is continuing to increase nicely. I took a nibble off of a 1mg arimidex tab a couple days ago and it seemed to help my libido, although it may be the test finally starting to kick in a little. Either way, I'm gonna start taking 0.25mg adex twice a week on the day after I pin. Diet hasn't been the cleanest because I've been sick and just trying to get as many calories in as I could. Still dosing 20mg of dmz per day until I can pick up some taurine. Weighed in at 162.6 this morning.

Yes taurine does work. When I run orals I start off the back with 2g of taurine 2 hours after first dose. So far it has prevented back pumps from tbol and last cycle dmz. Feel better bro
 
Looks like I spoke too soon about the cold, but I'm finally feeling better after two days off. Im about to hit the gym this morning for some legs. Ill be out running some errands later so I think Ill stop by Vitamin Shoppe and pick up some taurine.

I had a killer 2 hour workout this morning. Finally feeling 100% over my cold and I made sure to drink plenty of water and I ate a large baked potato yesterday for some extra potassium. Back pumps were still there this morning, but more tolerable.

Back Squats
155 x 3sets x 3reps
185 x 3reps
205 x 3sets x 1rep

Hack Squats machine
1 plate per side x 10 reps
2 plates per side x 10 reps
2 plates and a 25 per side x 10 reps

I also did some lying leg curls but didnt count reps or weight, just tried to stay in the 10-14 rep range and go for a good pump

Standing Calves
120 x 2 sets x 20 reps

Probably shoulda done more sets but I hate calves so much..

Felt amazing so decided to do some benching and back work too since I wont be able to make it to the gym tomorrow

Bench Press
95 x3 reps
115 x3 reps
115 x6 reps
135 x13 reps, spotter helped me on the last one

I did all of my benching competition style with a two second pause on my chest

Forgive my poverty strength levels, Its a work in a progress...

T bar rows (not 100% sure on the reps here, I wasnt counting, I just go for as strict of form as possible and focus on feeling it in my back)
45 x 4 sets x ~6-8 reps

I finished up with some light neutral grip cable rows and some light tricep pushdowns just for fun and to get a little extra pump going


I hit up the grocery store when I was done to stock up on my meats and luckily caught the steaks on sale so I got 4 pretty good sized bottom round steaks for only $10 bucks total! Came home and prepped those and some chicken. Trying to get my diet back on track. It hasnt been the cleanest the past week due to me being sick and just trying to get calories in me.
 
Forgot to add yesterday that I am starting to get some puffy nips so I have been dosing arimidex 0.25mg every other day for the past 4 days or so. At first it seemed to be helping, but now Im contemplating bumping it up because it doesnt seem to be helping. I normally store water around my nips anyways so maybe it isnt necessarily indicative of gyno at this point, but I dont want to risk it. I am definitely going to be careful though as I dont want to crash my e2 either.

exactly, I have a feeling I am prone to estrogen sides honestly. Maybe broscience, but my pre cycle labs showed e2 at very high normal which leads me to believe I aromatize alot. Granted this could also be due to other factors of course, but my lifestyle and diet hasnt really changed since then

True better to be safe than sorry! I'm currently at only 6.25 mg aromasin eod
 
Today marks the start of week 4. I weighed in this morning at 165.0, up about 8 pounds from where I started and feeling stronger than ever in the gym. I made an executive decision to cut the dmz early and bump my test to 400mg. I'm excited to see where the next couple weeks takes me as the test should be fully kicked in by then. Hopefully the gains keep on coming

Nice I'm up 8 lbs as well mostly from the tbol started at 213 at 221 this morning.
 
Weighed 163.3 this morning, although a little lighter, I can't tell at all by looking in the mirror. Strength, stamina, and overall energy in the gym has been really good lately. I'm starting to get "the look" so to speak and one of my co workers said I was looking bigger and asked me what I've been doing in the gym lately lol. More to come. Stay swole fellas
 
Hey guys, sorry for the lack of updates lately. I've been busy getting ready to move apartments so my schedule has been a bit hectic and thrown off.

I weighed 166 this morning and hit some legs. I was feeling a little weak and sluggish so I went light and just upped the volume and went for a good pump. Finished it up with 10 minutes on the stair stepper. I gotta step my cardio up, no pun intended. I can't be dragging like I was this morning, plus I'm starting to notice a little bloat and fat gain. Nothing too bad though.
 
Cycle going great. Pumps the last two sessions have been ridiculously good. Haven't had any reoccurrence of back pumps since I've been off the dmz either. I haven't gained that much weight surprisingly, but I'm looking way bigger. Sitting at 168 as of this morning and about the same body fat as when I started, maybe slightly leaner actually. Hung out with the bros last night that I haven't seen in a while and they asked if I've gotten bigger so that's a good sign. This test has me feeling like an animal. Felt a little snappy at work recently when things get stressful but nothing I can't keep under control.
 
Ok so I officially feel awesome. Y'all are right, this feeling makes me never want to come off. Getting compliments from friends and coworkers left and right. Girlfriend starting to get a little suspicious though. The other night she said "babe wow are your arms getting bigger??" I just played it off and was like "nah probably just getting fatter, I've been eating a ton trying to put on weight lately" She kinda gave me a look like she didn't completely believe me but that was the end of it.
 
why are you cycling with those base stats you are nowhere near your natural potential, your strength is abysmal.. does everyone just cycle whatever now adays? Truly sad.

I don't have a good answer other than impatience and curiosity. I know I shouldn't be cycling. I know my strength is trash. I bought gear on a whim because a really good source I found was going private. I can't and won't resell it because I don't know anyone else in my area to even offer it to.

I love the gym. It's something I'm really passionate about and I will always train whether cycling or not. And I love experimenting with things, and the way steroids are like a personal science experiment with your body has intrigued me ever since I started reading about them years ago. I feel like I'm responsible enough to do this as safe as possible and am aware of all the long term consequences and made the personal decision to do this. I'm not running high doses or going to be running multiple cycles per year. I appreciate your opinion, but respectfully don't care because at the end of the day it is my life, not yours.

Lastly, please enlighten me as to what you think the natural potential for someone who is 5'6, small frame, and below average genetics would be because everything I've read suggests that around 160-165 at 15% bodyfat or 150 at around 7% are about where someone with my height and build would top off.
 
Weighed in at 168.0 (+11.2lbs from start) this morning fasted. Smashed upper body. No real changes to note at this point. Still feeling strong and pumped. I was going to take some progress pictures, but my new place has no good mirrors or lighting anywhere so it'll have to wait until there's no one around in the gym I suppose.
 
So I'm gonna be getting blood work done soon. It's nearing the end of my cycle. I think I've still got a couple weeks left though. I've noticed my hands have started to go numb in my sleep and early in the morning particularly when I'm driving to work. I'm thinking this is possibly due to elevated hematocrit and hemoglobin thus resulting in decreased circulation because of thicker blood. Not sure though.
 
Just got bloods drawn this morning. Will update once I get them back. Cycle has been going good. Gains have been steady. Feeling a little fluffy but that's ok lol.
 
Since you are getting to the end of your cycle...what is your BF% looking at? How many calories above TDEE were you eating? How much protein per day?

Body fat has not changed a whole lot, but I will say that I am definitely carrying a little more around at the moment. I'm actually trying to increase protein and decrease carbs a bit on my off days as well as incorporate a little more cardio to try and clean up my gains so to speak. I have kept protein at 1 gram per pound bodyweight throughout the whole cycle, so currently right around 170grams/day. Some days more some days a little less.

I'm not a huge fan of counting calories while bulking, as losing fat has never been too difficult for me, so I'd rather overshoot and put on a little fat than be OCD about everything I eat. I used to count calories meticulously so I have gotten pretty good at roughly estimating anyways. I would say I was eating bare minimum 500 over TDEE most days which puts me at ~ 3300 total cals per day.

I'll try to get pictures up soon, but I moved and no where in my new place has good lighting so I'll try and sneak some in at the gym without looking like too much of a douche lol.
 
I would suggest a natural test booster and ecdysteroids which are plant and insect hormones instead of synthetics.

1 scoop casein
8 oz 2% milk
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 heaping spoon of peanut butter

So I've got bloods back.

Total T: > 1500
E2: 56

LH and FSH were both basically 0 (0.2 or something)

Only other abnormality was just barely elevated in RBCs. (5.89, high end of normal is 5.80)

Both hematocrit and hemoglobin were in high normal, almost out of range but not quite.

Everything else looked golden. Unfortunately the blood panel I had drawn did not include lipids. I wish I could have afforded it, but I can't at this time. With the modest dosages I used though I'm not worried about it.
