First cycle layout

50 mg dbol Ed for 6 weeks
Mon - 250 mg test cyp 125 mg eq
Thurs- 250 mg test cyp 125 mg eq
Arimidex .25 mg eod
Nolva 2 weeks after last inject 40/40/20/20
Running the cyp for 14 weeks and eq for 13 weeks.
Do you guys think the eq dose is too low? Just kinda easing into this since it's my first. But was told eq only works at 400-600 mg per week. What you think ?
 
Looks good to me. 750mg a week plus 50mg of dbol per day is a large amount to start with though. Either way,you will learn a lot this first round.
 
Any suggestions bro? My initial idea was test 600 and eq 500. Cut the dose down a little. 50 mg dbol is alright though?
 
So how much would you run? I got 100 caps of 25 mg each cap. Also my eq is 250 mg/ml and so would I could either do 1 ml or 2 ml .. How do I do 400 mg.. Cuz half an ml is 125 mg so I guess I could do 325 mg eq right.
 
Fill the syringe to .8 vs 1.0 and voila! 200mg.
That is a lot of stuff for a first cycle IMO. I would do 400-500 of test alone for 12 weeks and save the dbol and eq for a time when you already know how you respond to test and any negative sides. My $.02

I 2nd this. At the end of the day its your choice but, I would stick to just for this 1st run.

1cc test every 5 days
1cc eq every 5 days

That's plenty for first cycle. Also, running the test one week longer than the eq will make zero difference... Broscience at its worst in my opinion.

Keep it simple and don't over think it. Start with low-moderate doses to see how you respond. It's easy to up the dose later, so don't feel like you have to start big from the beginning.
 
First cycle = test only. I guarantee you'll be happy with the results if training and diet are on point. And yes, 250mg of eq is way too low.

250mg of eq every 5 days is a waste of eq. Better to go 250mg test only every 3.5 days.

Reason for running test longer is to account for the undeclynate ester of the eq having a longer half-life than the enanthate ester on the test. Not broscience ... bro

I would wait but others will actually start running it a week before first pin just to get blood levels stable first. Really no "right" way there.
 
What are your stats? Is a good idea for us to know so we can guide u better. Also avoid dbol as first cycle do test only or sustanon cause you wanna let your body adjust to AAS and add dbol to second cycle. Dbol is really toxic on the liver once I did a Anabolex only cycle 3mg pills and did 30mg everyday and got good gains but after the cycle I lost all gains in less than a month.

And also u can add EQ to first cycle and for pct do clomid and HCG to help out better always have those on hand come in handy.
 
Hey brother I'm doing my first cycle on 4/22 and it will be Test E 400 - 450 / week, definitely a 'wimpy' dose but I wanna play it safe.

Like you I wanted to do Test & EQ (250 each so would be 500 total) but I was steered towards the "first cycle / one compound" rule. It is true if we don't respond well to something, we wouldn't know what the culprit is because there are so many variables. I want to do more of a recomp than a big-bulk cycle, but I guess I'll try to accomplish this now more with diet than with compounds, which really I think is how it is anyway.

I reluctantly finally succumbed to doing just the Test E (with D-Bol kicker low dose ~25mg ED wk 1-3, and winny tabs finisher 30-40mg ED wk 7-10), even though with all the excitement of my first fun I purchased EQ 250 x 10ML AND Deca 250 x 10ML BC I'm a dummy. Guess if I use those it'll be later on...

Anyway please keep me posted on what you do & how it goes and I'll do the same. Looking forward to seeing how it works out for you:)
 
Hey I'm not going to try and stop you from doing your cycle but at 22years I believe you too young I didn't start til I was 25 when my body had stop growing naturally. Nevertheless I hope it works well for you and you make good gains. I'll be following your progress keep us updated.

I'll second that, and one question that's very important is how many years have you been training?

I'm probably the other extreme I've been truing 16 years and now I'm 30, at your age I was like "I'm never doing steroids" blah blah, and actually still told myself that until the past year or so. I know I know, get off my high-horse...but if you've been training less than 5 or 6 years OR have not really plateaued yet then I would recommend more 'natural' training first, but you'll make this choice for yourself...

One thing to keep in mind is in the long term it's much better for your body to hold off a few more years
 
Damn, you guys have a point. Ive only been training for 3.5 - 4 years. I'm just getting fed up pushing the same weight in the gym when I'm diet and training is so on point. I told myself I wouldn't do this till I was at least 25.. But I have caved since it seems everyone around is doing it. Also I'm looking to compete, so this isn't for the wrong reasons like getting girls or going to the beach, that's just a bonus, lol. I think I am running 50 mg dbol Ed for 6 weeks.

It's still in the air since you guys are making some valid points here...

You should run winny at least 4 weeks. It usually starts kicking in hard the third week.

Don't use the EQ and save the dbol for the end. If you start having sides at the beginning, how will you know if its the test or the dbol? Don't run dbol more than four weeks, its just a waste if you do.

Something to consider: On your first cycle if you did the test and dbol only we'll say you gain 12 keepable pounds of muscle. If you used the eq you might get 13 or 14. It really isn't going to make that much of a difference on your first cycle.
 
Man 50mgs dbol? You must hate your liver. I have experience with it and wouldn't do more than 30mgs then again I'm old lol and my body probably different than yours. Do 25 to 30 man don't kill yourself and do it safe.

Dbol liver toxicity is vastly overrated as well as drol's. I ran them both for 7 weeks at 50mg and 100mg respectively and my liver enzymes were only slightly elevated after this. I wasn't even using liver protection.
 
Yeah some people tolerate it better at 50 so I guess you can use a protector for liver toxic and EQ is not a waste of money it just takes a very long time to take effect and harden the muscle so I would run EQ for at least 10-12 weeks it takes full effect at week 5-6 and if u cut it at week 10 why bother doing it throwing money out for 4 weeks is a waste.

If you're competing that's a different story, and although you are young 22 must be a world apart from doing it at ~17 or God forbid younger than that. It's up to you man:) Personally I'm glad that I waited until 30 so I know my natural test production has definitely come and gone, although I've never competed so I'd say you're in a different boat.

Thanks man, maybe I'll do 6-10 or extend my cycle to 12 weeks and go like 8-12, but I'll keep in mind that 7-8-9-10 I guess would be the bare minimum

One more thing.. If I wanna run eq at 400 mg ew, and the eq is 250 mg/ ml.. Does that mean I do 2 shots weekly of .8 ml?

Again I'm not an expert and haven't done it yet but from my math yep that's exactly what you'll need 400 mg = 1.6 ML so .8 twice is probably best. I'm sure you can do 1.6 at once but if you're pinning the test twice per wk anyway might as well divide this up too...
 
Ya def. I got some depo test from Pfizer which is only 100 mg per ml so that's going to suck, gonna have to do 2 pins in one day because I can only fit 3 ml in the barrel and so 2.5 plus .8 is 3.3.. Guess I'll have to do two pins when I get to that vile. Also I was told to get a test booster when I'm on the Nolva, what do you guys think?

That's a **** ton of oil per injection bro. I'd break it up into four injections a week honestly.
 
I was thinking just doing the 2.5 ml then the .8 alone on the same day.. I'm gonna save the depo test for last. Wish it was a higher dosage

I'd inject 1.5ml of the test and then inject 1ml test and .8ml EQ. 2.5ml is still a lot for one injection.
