Unanswered First cycle, input wanted!

First cycle help!
Hey all, first post but I’ve been reading and following the forums for 3 years now.

Just started my first real cycle. I’ve done 3 cycles of sarms and PH’s. Here’s what I have it planned out:
PCT: Nolva, 40 40 20 20
Cycle: Test E, 12 weeks, 500mg’s
I also have Clomid, but from what I’ve been reading I’m seriously thinking of just using nolva for my pct.

I’m 5’8, 21 years old, been training consistently 3-4 years, I weigh 165, I’m pretty lean, I’d say about 10% bf.

Through my experience with half-natty stuff, I’ve never really had any sides but I get good gains off of them.

I know test e takes awhile to kick in, I’m a week in. I’m curious what you guys think I might be able to gain eating 250g protein, 4000-4500 cals a day and training heavy and hard?

Should I throw in something else, or up the dose of test? I’m not completely new to AAS and I’ve been researching for 2 years now. Thanks for reading, and thanks for your input coming!
 
- I like Clomid better. (Well I don’t like it, it just works better for me)
- I prefer an oral at the beginning, may as well be something mild, Tbol or Anavar, etc.
- 165lbs 4500 cals is gonna put some fat on you, protein is fine there.
- You’re young, and you will probably be in trouble by 30 with low test if you start right out with 12 week cycles.
 
I think there are too many variables to extrapolate how many "gains" can be made, but with that amount of food there isn't any reason you shouldn't be able to make considerable progress in both muscle and strength development. That is a considerable food intake unless you are a legitimate hard gainer so it should be more than sufficient. I'm assuming that isn't a huge jump above your normal calorie consumption? For example, you don't want to go from 2500 to 4500 cals haha.

As far as AAS, 500 Test is sufficient for most beginner cycles. You can certainly add an oral to kick things off, stack an additional oil based compound (ie Nandrolone, Boldenone), or up Test to 750mg should you want to intensify things even more. In most cases I think this is not necessary but since you have previous hormone (and SARM) experience, as well as lots of research time under your belt, it isn't a terrible idea. Some guys get underwhelmed by the effects of Test since orals are generally more drastic in the short term.

I appreciate the feedback, thank you. I typically eat 3000 cal per day so it is a big jump. I’ll go with 3500-4000 then. I’d honestly really like to kick it off with a low dose of dbol. Problem I got my gear and everything, then moved 2 states away so I have to find another source now. I can be a shy person and tend to stick to myself at the gym, so walking up to someone and starting conversations is tough.

Thank you for replying! I’m aware of the risks, but I will be competing spring next year so it’s not just for my own vanity. I put on 30 pounds of muscle naturally before I took anything. I also will be keeping my cycles a good 6-7 months apart from each other. I have the clomid, might take both just to be safe then.
