First Cycle Help

Sounds like you've thought through your stack and diet and training pieces to the puzzle too. Looks good to me man. ABE is a great product for putting on some size and strength. Couple of questions for you though:

-What are you overall goals? (Lean bulk, Recomp, etc.)
-Are you tracking calories/macros?
-Are you taking any staple supplements? (creatine, multi, fish oil, etc.)

Also, its hard to tell by your wording in your post, but it sounds like you're training in the morning. So you'll be dosing 2 ABE and 1 EP pre workout? What's your plan for dosing? And with that, are you taking any stims or a preworkout?

From first glance it looks like a solid plan, but answering these questions will help me get a better understanding of your cycle so I can help you better.
 
Yea, just still thinking if the test booster is gonna be a waste because I'm 18, but almost all the reviews are raving about the energy it gives them and I think that could help me.

I'm not necessarily looking to bulk or anything, just improve my body image from all the weight I lost from the **** ton of cardio I've done the past couple months, and add some good strength for boxing and my summer swim season. I also have senior trip coming in a month and a half and want to be tank top ready.

I think with that, adding weight/bulking is needed and essential since being tall as hell makes it harder for me to pack on weight with my ectomorphish body type. So I just wanna bulk up a bit and keep a generally lean body.

I don't plan on tracking calories besides glancing to make sure I am taking in 3000+ because my metabolism is relatively high and I see no need to track. And yes, I normally throw a little bit of creatine into my post-workout shakes and take one-a-day men's Multi and 2 fish oil every morning which I would probably up to 3 or 4 with this cycle since my joints are already stressed out 24/7 from swimming.

Sorry about the schedule, but I would be working out in the afternoon around 3ish with that Modern Man stuff the only thing I'm popping preworkout, and the rest just following the recommended dosing schedule of the supps (ie: ABE says 2 AM/2PM with your largest meals).

I just wanna get my weight up again and think this is a good natty stack, don't want to really mess with anything hormonal because I'm 18 and see a few of my friends who are okay now but I know with the cycles/pct's they ran they are going to be screwed somewhere down the line.
 
Alphamax by performax labs is a great test booster with proven ingredients . Its got 3 4 divanil great for raising free testosterone.

Thanks, and I was between Alphamax and ABE, but I am gonna go with ABE for now and see if I like it, it seems better for bulking.

Will do, do you have any experience with the products? I am not expecting any huge results, just maybe a few pounds more than I would add without them by the end of the month and a better feeling/strength in the gym.

The biggest thing I noticed with ABE is an increase in hunger. I was ravenous while taking ABE, which helped me get in more calories during the day. I didn't see as much strength and size as I was expecting, and not as much as compared to what other people had reported in their logs. I haven't tried the reformulated ABE, but the feedback looks solid.

I really enjoyed my run with Alphamax. The best component of it for me was recovery. I felt that I could train harder and heavier progressively, but recover quicker than ever. I was able to sleep GREAT and I noticed significant increases in vascularity while using Alphamax, which was unexpected considering my caloric surplus.

At the end of the day, they're both great products. They approach the topic of strength and size increase from very different angles, and utilize different ingredients that both have studied research backing them. Personally, I enjoyed Alphamax more, but the effects will vary per individual. Good luck with your ABE run. You're 18, so eat big man. Eat until you're full, and then eat more haha
